Description of Work: Placed bait for rats that had moved into attic during cold weather. One fee for initial placement and follow up subsequent two weeks to ensure the situation was back under control. I will definitely be using them in the future as my regular go-to provider for rodent control.

Description of Work: I was called straight away once I bought the deal and a time was set up that worked for me. They were early and friendly. Gary and his wife spoke to me about my concerns and what pests were pestering me. I told them what my concerns were. I walked the home with Gary, showed him where the problem spots were so he could give extra attention to those areas and went back outside the front while he took care of the house. When the first 3 months had gone by, they called me to remind me of my next appointment, by then, the home was rented, we set up a workable time with the tenant and they went back out. I still have the rest of the year on this Big Deal, but so far, everything has been quite good with them. I think they are reliable and well mannered and Gary pays attention to detail. I would recommend.
