It turned up pretty good. I've been using them ever since. I have used them for about 10 times. I'd say that they respond in a timely manner. In our house where they treated, the people seemed to be happy. They're a good company. I would highly recommend them.

Steve came over and explained everything every well. Talked in plain terms and was easy to understand. Sprayed the exterior of the house (barrier spray) and was quick and efficient. Showed up when he said. Did not attempt to needlessly up-sell. Was straight forward in his dealing with us. Would definitely use again.

Steve Yates, Pinnacle Pest Management, arrived at 9:37 a.m. for a 10 a.m. appointment. He was immediately engaging with a booming laugh. He asked what my main concerns ( Ants in kitchen) were and gave that area additional attention. He also gave the bathrooms increased scrutiny. His invoice listed the chemicals and amounts used. He asked me to call him if I needed any additional pest control assistance. I expected him to try to sell me a service contract. Nope! No sales pitch! Excellent! That alone will get him a return visit if the need arises.

It went great. I might have to call him back cause bug started coming out just now. I recommend him highly.

I didn't have to pay anything in addition to the big deal price for Pinnacle Pest Management. I would use them again in the future.

Overall things went great. The technician arrived in time, explained what he was going to do and continued to explain as I threw repeated questions about bugs and spiders and such. It's a guy thing I guess. He was personable, knowledgable and did a very thorough job without making a mess. Other than the torrential rain 1 hour after the treatment, I couldn't be more pleased with the appointment and the results.

Spectacular! This company will be the 1st in line for any bug control problems we have. I was put at ease when I first called to speak with them. We had concerns about our (soon to be born) baby and our pet cat. They answered all of our concerns and provided some additional details. Steve was great! A pleasure to talk to, and a true professional who clearly knows his business. They gave me an Angie's List discount for subsequent visits. They've been responsive and timely. Whatever they use seems to be working very well.

I thought a Raccoon was a Rodent and it is not. I called them after the purchase and she informed me that she was very sorry they do not do that. I told her that I would Contact Angies List for a refund and she said she understood and was fine with that.

It went very well. The representative knew the business and was very helpful. I saw results immediately and have had no problems with insects since then. The company is very professional and followed up with a phone call to ask if I was satisfied with the service. I would hire them again.

Last time we had a last minute conflict with our appointment. We left the back door open. Larry did the treatment and locked up after himself. Do hire him. Don't worry.

I have used Pinnacle for several quarterly treatments. He is always punctual, polite and attentive to your needs (for example we have a koi pond which he is very careful around).
