My hot water heater stopped working late in the evening. Not being familiar with water heaters, I unplugged the unit and attempted to pull the heating element out. Water began flowing into the garage and it took some time for me to put the element back in and get the water stopped. By this time my garage was flooded and several items in my garage were wet. I called Paul Davis and they came over within the hour, extracted the water and set down equipment to dry out the drywall in my garage and laundry room, because water had seapped inside the house as well. The two gentleman were extremely professional, courteous, and explained the whole process to me from start to finish. I was so impressed with their work that I scheduled a carpet cleaning job with them the following week. When they came out to clean my carpets the price was exactly what they originally quoted and the carpets look amazing. I have dogs, kids, and my carpet is over 10 years old so it is not in the best shape. I do get it cleaned regularly but the stains always seem to reappear with days of the cleaning. Their team came in and spot treated, cleaned the carpets and put down fans to make sure the carpet was dry before they left. The carpets look great weeks later! The spots still have not shown back up and the house still smells fresh. I was very pleased with their service and will most definitely be using them in the future.
