I've used Maid Pro for almost one year. The management is very responsive to questions and concerns. We are assigned to Judy, who has done great work. She is promot, friendly and thorough.

Jessica and Sarah make it very easy. They are great! I like that they respect you house and care about doing a good job. They stay on task and try hard not to be intrusive. They could not be better. Both are hardworking!

Have used this company for about 6mo for weekly house cleaning. We have been assigned a number of different cleaners - some good some not so good - some pleasant some not so pleasant. I want to say that Anna Renee, Rachel and Debra do a great job. Naturally you feel vulnerable having people wander through every part of your home but we feel comfortable having them in the home and around the kids. They are very pleasant to be around which is such a big deal. And they are super attentive to any requests we have. Very happy with this company.

They are always very pleasant. If I need something done that they haven't done, they are very willing to get it done, but they are pretty much self-starters. If they have to be a little late they call and let me know. The finished product is excellent. I have been with this company for about 2 or more years and have no intention of changing. Ann Noack

Very well, the house is sparkling clean, they always clean the bathrooms very well. Got a stain out of my farm sink (very pleased). I have always been treated very well by all the staff and by management. They make you feel like a VIP.

This is the second time this team has cleaned our home. They do very good work. Shanise and Amanda work quickly and efficiently. They are punctual, friendly and professional. So happy for their service, and comfortable having them in our home.

Chenise (sp?) and Amanda did a beautiful job. I asked for a top to bottom spring cleaning, and that's exactly what I got. The whole house is sparkling, including dusting of all the pictures and baseboards cleaned. I will definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job cleaning. The employees were professional, friendly, and responsive to special requests and directions. They worked quietly and quickly. A pleasure to have them work in the house.

rate is currently $60 per hour for two cleaners. They are quiet, professional, and thorough. They are definitely worth the money. Chris is very responsive to meeting requests and making certain that the job is done right. A++

Anna, Amber and Theresa were right on time and really deep cleaned the house. My Mom was overwhelmed and so very pleased with the work! She was nervous at first but said everyone was very pleasant and made both my Mom and Dad feel very comfortable. I suggested to my Mom that she make a list of things that she thought needed to be taken care of and the Maid in Texas team completed each one and more. My Mom and I talked about having a monthly cleaning from now on so I have a reminder to schedule this for her next month. We will definitely call Maid in Texas!

Team Karen/Anna are very professional and do a very good job. I recommend using them when booking your service request.

The first clean was good. Not great, but good. The subsequent cleanings got progressively worse. The last cleaning I requested a team member to come back and re-clean the kitchen and bathroom counters, sink and sweep etc. I was told by Nancy that this was odd because the team that had cleaned my house that day was one of her best teams, especially with floors. I sent Robin the pictures of the dirty kitchen counters, bathroom sink and floor. Robin is very nice and helpful. To be fair, Nancy sent a lady right back out to clean up. However, this was the second cleaning that was not done properly. After discussing the issue with my husband we decided to change cleaning services. According to Nancy, we had one of her best teams, and my house was still dirty.

The maids from Maid in Texas were prompt and did a good job. They cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed, dusted, mopped and other cleaning. I particularly liked that they folded the towels in the bathrooms in a nice way. They also left little, silver "Maid in Texas" sticker on the toilet paper. A nice touch.

They did an alright job of cleaning my home. But my experience with them as a service on the whole was terrible. The same employee was supposed to come each time to clean my home. Each time there was a scheduled appointment with them it was always a different person who arrived to clean. From the time the services began until the time I stopped using them, about $6000 worth of jewelry went missing from my home.

I thought that they were fine. They were normally on time and their service was good. I would rate them as good.

They were very flexible and did a great job. The service was fantastic. I got a really good deal because I used like a Groupon discount. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Two young men spent 4 hours cleaning our 4200 sq ft home. Very satisfied with the work and the cost.
