Liquid Siding of San Antonio

Well, Albert was initially very professional and helpful. We chose our colors and they replaced siding as promised and painted the liquid siding coats and the color. His crew was her on schedule initially. He was very understanding when we decided we hated the trim color we had chosen and chose another. He had hoped to finish the job in a couple of weeks but we had rain that month so it extended a week or so. At the end of the month, though the job was not complete, he asked us if we would be willing to pay him for the job so he could pay his "guys"...Against my better judgement we did so...After that, we hardly ever saw him...though the painting was for the most part completed, there were a few tasks that were not such as replacing our gutters. We kept calling him and found out he had been in a car accident and had been in the hospital and then recovery and he assured us he would return. We did see him once or twice after that, he said he would repaint the doors he had painted that were showing some rust and assured us he would get some no seam gutters to replace the gutters he had removed. He gave us a time when he would be back and never showed up. We have gotten through to him just a couple of times since...the calls usually go to voice mail and we leave a message. There have been a couple of times he has picked up and gave us a date and time when he would be back to finish the job...the date and time came and went and we never saw him or anyone. This job was supposed to have a 25 year warranty and there are some areas that need fixing. What good is a 25 year warranty if you can never get in touch with the person. Sure, he seems like an amiable guy but just never finished this job....I understand he was in the hospital and all but I paid a lot for this job and it was never finished. His crew actually caused some damage to our home that was never repaired. Just proof that you should never pay until the job is finished.

This guy is untrustworthy! He is a liar and you will be lucky if you get what you pay for.

We're not happy with the timeliness of the job. I don't know what his problems is. I can assume that he used our money to finish another job and he's trying to get another and that's illegal but we don't want anybody else to be in the situation that we're in where we're just about begging for him to finish his job. It's a unique situation and it's liquid siding so you can't just go out and get somebody else to finish that particular job. We're kinda in a bind. Our neighbor used him and he finished his job in a timely fashion and they were really pleased and they recommended him to us. The one review on Angie's List which was good. We went to see the house he had done and it look good. Quality is not an issue. It's the timeliness of the job and the lack of communications.

We tried calling emailing, and Albert Hernandez avoids all calls and emails. He normally lets calls go to voicemail I think this is to avoid creditors. Dont do business with Albert, his company is always changing names. The superior exterior, Liquid siding of san antonio. He still owes us $600.00, I hope this review bring light that Albert is not to be trusted.

I met Albert Hernandez, owner of Liquid Siding, and his son Jacob, at San Antonio home show. We asked if he did interior work, and he said yes. We hired Liquid Siding to paint all interior walls and ceilings and glaze existing kitchen cabinets after extensive research and quotes. Their pricing was very competitive. It was the best decision I made for my home remodel. His painters are true artists. Their attention to detail in painting and cutting in of the crown molding was phenomenal. They were accommodating on last minute color changes, removal of wall hardware and patching of drywall. They were also very courteous and prompt. Everyday before they left, they cleaned up the areas they worked in. The products used and quality of work were superior. I will be using Liquid Siding for all of my upcoming exterior painting needs. I highly recommend Liquid Siding for your painting needs.
