My heater stopped working on a Thursday evening. I called Kendall County Air at 7:30 am Friday monring. I left a message and recieved a call back within minutes and had a service technician (Brian) scheduled at 10 am. Brian came out looked at my unit and reported back to me the problems with the unit, which were multiple. Brian said I could spend money now to fix it however the unit was very old and could go out at any time. Basically I was throwing good money away. Brian said he could have someone come out and give me a quote on a new system. I agreed. Melinda from Kendall County Air called and set up an appointment for 3:30 with Justin to give me a quote on a new system. Justin later called and said he could be at my house at 1:30. I met Justin we went through several scenarios, equipment and options. After much consideration I came to the conclusion to get a new Trane 16i system. Justin scheduled the install for Monday morning at 8:30. Monday monring at 8:30 Justin, Cameron and James showed up ready to work. They immediatley covered our new tile floors with drop clothes. Everyone who stepped foot in the house wore cloth booties on their feet to not get floors dirty. Justin and Cameron explained the entire process of removing the old system and installing the new system. Cameron walked me through each step of the installation and if I had questions (which I had many) he always answered in a professional manner. James and Cameron asked me my preferences on issues and always gave their professional opinion on what they would do, which was very helpful. Every step of the process was professional!!!! When the installation was about 3/4 of they way done Miguel came out to check on the status of the installation. Miguel was very professional which was a common theme amoung everyone I dealt with at Kendall County Air. My wife and kids were at home on the day of the installation becuase it was a school holiday and the gentlemen from Kendall County Air were very courteous and professional with both my wife and kids. Once the installation was done Cameron went over the entire system and the warranty information with me. Justin then came back out and went over my final paperwork and setting my thermostat. I would recommend using Kendall County Air their customer service is second to none. I had high expectations of Kendall County Air becuase of the amount of money being spent. My expectations were exceeded and I was very impressed with every aspect of the process. My wife commited that she was also impressed with the customer service of everyone from Kendall County Air. I would recommend using Kendall County Air, customer service is priority!!!!

KCA arrived promptly at 8 AM (as promised) with 3 installers. Ryan was the comfort specialist. The install was performed in a timely manner with no drama. An exclamation of the new equipment was provided. Ryan is a saint with a great attitude.

This company was outstanding from start to finish! When the air conditioning failed (which was already 15 yrs old) we were on the phone at 1st light. Kendal County Air was on site that same day and to make us comfortable in the interim they installed a window unit to get us through the evening. The next day at 8am they were back on site with the equipment, parts, and expertise to do the job. The crew was knowledgeable, motivated, and fast! The new system was installed and operational by early afternoon of that same day! I am appreciated the impact was minimal. Thank you Justin for your coordination efforts and sensitivity to our pain :) and others members of the Kendall County Air team! Keep up the good work!!

This terrible experience forced us to hire professional HVAC Engineers (Terracon) who performed painstaking research and reports and they discovered that Kendall County Air did not install the entire system with engineered plans (like they advertise), and they failed to install return air ducts into the first floor of the house so there was no way to create even flows. Terracon reported that this was one of the worst HVAC installations they had ever inspected. Owner Driskill could not provide any support data to explain why they did not build a system with engineered plans. The replacement of units, installation of two separate return air systems will cost in excess of $10,000, and Kendall County Air has offered no remuneration or financial assistance whatsoever. Our experience is that they are smiley good ole boys without any actual engineering integrity nor back up service behind them. Steve Driskill said he would make things right and then he did nothing. I simply cannot recommend that anyone do business with this company if you want an engineered comfortable system in your home.

Major system failure on 17 year old system on 24 August, Ryan Godin, Convert specialist, did complete system needs analysis and provided me 3 options and price range to choose. Complete system change out was done on 25 Aug 2011.

When the units were out, Tim came out, did a thorough evaluation and made an extensive plan to replace our old worn out units. They have replaced 2. Work ethic is excellent/ They new units work well. No high pressure.

Wow! These guys are fast..they answered the phone at 10:35pm within 1 ring and had a tech on my property within 30 minutes at 11:00 PM at night! From the time I noticed that my A/C compressor was not working to making the call and having it fixed was just under 1 hour! It was still 85 degrees outside in Aug at 10:30 and no way were we going to sleep in that temperature. The tech was great! Professional, Knowledgeable, and very nice. This is my A/C company! Thanks guys.

Mr. Ryan, from Kendall County Air, explained everything in detail. The workmen came on time and were polite, wore booties and covered the carpet. A week later, Mr. Ryan came back to verify everything was working well and to check if we had any doubts. He even replaced a door knob for me.

Salesman Ryan Golden showed up with installers to initiate job. Installer worked within time from to do install. Excellent setup and clean up.

We bought the house from a previous owner that had used Kendall County Air to install a new HVAC system. We could never get the unit to function properly, so, we called the installer, Kendall County Air. They sent out various service people that always had an excuse why the unit was not cooling properly. The previous owner had spend approximately $16,000 on the unit. Kendall County Air service people could never get it to work. We called the regional service center for the HVAC manufacturer and was told they would look into it. They never did get any resolution to the problem. We ultimately had to hire another HVAC contractor to come in to fix the problem with the unit that Kendall County Air installed. The new contractor had to completely redo the ducting and dampers/senors. We spent an additional $10,000 on redoing Kendall County Air's faulty installation job. The new contractor said the way Kendal County Air had installed the unit that it would never have worked. We would NEVER use Kendall County Air for anything again!

I?ve been very pleased with them. They come on time and, as far as I know, they have a good reputation for doing repairs. They are locally owned and their products are very good.

Everything was excellent. I would recommend this company to others.
