Excellent. They had replaced the unity 2 yrs ago. Although the part was in warranty, they did not charge me even for the service. Fast, friendly, professionally done.

I told her that never came up when I asked for it to be included in my annual maintenance contract. I stayed with them for another two years but finally quit because they would not come and do my a/c inspection until when they got around to it (usually in autumn) and my heating inspection was often done mid to late winter. I got tired of fighting the system so I have not been with them since 2016. As far as installation of the unit went, they did a great job. It was not cheap but none of their services are cheap. Again, their service reps/technicians are very good and great to deal with. Clean, efficient and they explain what they are doing and what to expect.

Great as usual. Tech arrives on time and services our unit. We have never had any problems with any work they have done.

It was determined that we had a leak somewhere in the Freon system, which we unfortunately could not find because it was so tiny, but did fill up on Freon and had a complete system check.

Sabrina Romero, sales consultant, did a great job of explaining the product alternatives and conducting an audit of our house for proper system sizing. Walter Martinez, lead installer, and his team Josh and Christien, did a fantastic job of installing both systems. They did a professional job in an efficient manner and the new system install is far superior to the 22 year old builder system install. I appreciate great workmanship and they certainly achieved that.

They do a quarterly service. They are the only people I use since we moved here. I am pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Horribly. They sold us on the "you get what you pay for" line, and sold us a very expensive system. Within the 1st year of our new system, we had numerous repairs. The system never worked well and in year 2 they told us we needed an additional $5,000.00 repair. Throughout the process they were rude. When the new A/C guy came out he found the electrical box hanging by the wires.

Did an excellent job. Arrived on time and completed the work by 5pm. Cleaned up completely with little residual mess. Entire crew was friendly and professional. We will be using them again.

They're reliable and trustworthy. They're just good people to do business with.

Came when they said they would put down drop cloths, etc. Good, clean install.

Walter and team were punctual, professional and informative during the whole process. At the completion of the project, pains were taken to ensure the premises were cleaned of all construction and installation debris.

Shane explained everything and was available on Sat so we could get installation on Monday. Installers were on time, polite, and explained things (even carried in groceries when I got home!) Great experience for us.

Warranty service in past has been good. Service reps today were knowledgeable and efficient. Spent time reviewing work done, conditions seen and possible repairs needed in the future.

From the sales presentation to the installation Kendall Air exceeded my wife's and my expectations. They were very thorough in everything they did and went out of their way to answer questions and ensure we were completely aware of all aspects of the job. We received estimates from two other companies before going with Kendall Air and we choose Kendall Air because they were head and shoulders above the competition in professionalism and product knowledge. We were also very impressed with the care taken during the estimate and install regarding cleanness and courtesy. We would highly recommend them to neighbors and will use no one else to service our air and hearing system. Great job! .

A part had to be ordered. but he was able to fix the heater until part came in.

Tim arrive on time on Wednesday, 8/6. He completed a complete review of my system requirements and made recommendations and costs. I decided to go with proposed option #2. Installers were in the next Wednesday & Thursday to install systems as agreed. Very good job.

Look at their web sight. They brag how the warranty offers peace of mind. Yea, right! Only if you need service when it is convenient for them.

I called to have my two A/C units looked at since one was not working at all and the other was acting up. They basically were going to charge me $135 just to come and inspect my units. They came and looked at them and said it was a dirty filters. They put in two new filters that I provided. I paid $200 for that. Well the next night, my one unit stopped working again and now the fan continued to run and would not stop running. The same problem with my other unit returned. They came out the following day. Second visit, now I have blocks of ice on my broken A/C unit on the outside and in my attic that have to thaw out. A problem was found that should have been found before. They THINK my thermostat is not working properly, but can't say for sure, but offered to replace it. I was pretty sure that's why I called a professional who does this for a living. To top it off, they want to charge me again for the visit $89 as well as the cost of the repair. So, two visits and about $400 dollars later, I have a frozen blocks that could have been prevented it the problem was caught before, my other unit may still have the same problem..not sure, had to reschedule my schedule 2 times this week, can't use the "repaired" unit until it is thawed out and with no one to make sure that I should use it. All in all, don't trust them at all and will never use again. It makes me distrust Angie's list as well.

They arrived on the days scheduled and at the times scheduled. It was a two day job and was finished in a timely manner. Both units were in the attic and we have wooden floors that I was concerned about. They covered the floors and then cleaned before they left. I was very pleased with their work.
