Description of Work: We have been using Kendall County Air the entire time we have lived in the Boerne area (approximately 14 years). We have had ac/heating units replaced by them all to our complete satisfaction. We also maintain a yearly contract to service our units and their work has always been completely satisfactory.

Description of Work: See earlier review... They called back to apologize that they were not at their store after I drive to Boerne from Helotes. She said she should have mentioned she was going to leave for lunch. She said she returned to the store and was there until 4:00 pm. Wonder why she didn't bother to return my call on Saturday? She waited to call until Monday. The call was nice but a bit late.

Description of Work: Installed New Trane 5 Ton AC/Heat Pump

Description of Work: My A/C was dripping water that was not going down the drain. I had milk cartons placed to catch the water. I got tired of having to empty them. I called Kendall County Air and the service manager and Shane came out. There were several issues. The filter that I was using was a MERV 16. They suggested I replaced it with a MERV 10 to allow more air flow. Although the evaporator coils did not look dirty they sprayed some cleaner on them. Shane commented to me that the water started to track down the coils like it was suppose to. That service was $21 and I was able to use an Angie's List coupon for $15 off. The reason the bill was $116 was because the safety float switch I had on there was defective. So that is were $110 came from. They also modified my drain line adding a coupling and installing a PVC tee further down the drain line. So far what they did seems to have worked. I have checked the milk cartons and there is minimal water. (They said that there still maybe some dripping until the inside of the unit drys out.) I am very satisfied with Kendall County Air. They did not try to sell me something that I did NOT need. They went the inexpensive route to solve my issue. Because of that I will keep using Kendall County Air and refer my friends to them.
