They were on time and fixed the issue with my door. I was quoted $125 for adjusting the holes in the frame and realigning the door, which seemed fair at the time. However, when they get there, I am told that the $125 quote was only for adjusting the holes, and realigning the door would be extra. In addition, he kept pitching other items to do around the door, but was very hesitant on giving any quote for that additional work until it would be started. Eventually, the wife had to step in to explain to him, and thankfully she understood because it didn't seem like he was all there at the time. I ended up proceeding only with the frame hole adjustment even though $125 is way too much for adjusting two holes because it was urgent at that point. I also asked for a receipt to keep for my records. Despite being told I would get one later that day and following up numerous times via phone and text, I've yet to get one. It seems like he couldn't care less about you after he's got your money.

They were excellent. Repaired the entry door on my garage. The jamb had some rot and the threshold was loose. Also replaced three boards on my deck. Re-built a step on my deck that had some rot. Their work was professional and I definitely will be calling on them again. My neighbor was so impressed with their work he ask for their card.

KBH is the absolute best! They treated my home as if it was their own. Their pride and professionalism was unparalleled and their pricing was extremely competitive. I had my master and guest bathrooms painted, glued on wall mirrors replace with new modernized mirrors and all new light fixtures. They also painted my entire kitchen and back patio deck with door. The attention to detail and personal touch with recommending colors was better than I would have ever imagined. I highly recommend them for your repairs & remodels hands down!

KBH is operated by Keith and Jennifer. They are totally amazing. They painted my kitchen cabinets, replaced a bathroom vanity, installed a front door, painted a brick fireplace and added lighting and ceiling fan. They finished before the due date and below budget. In addition they assisted me with problems with a big home improvement business. I was very impressed with their level of communication and commitment to seeing that the job was done well. I will be hiring them for phase 2 of my remodel.

Price was agreed upon beforehand. They were hours late, but called. The wife said the job would take several hours. Less than a half-hour into the job, they announced they were finished, and came to the door to collect $325. I paid because I agreed to the price, not realizing that it would take such a short amount of time. I feel that what was charged for the job was extremely excessive and I fault myself for relying on their Angie's list rating and by not getting more estimates from roofers. Be careful when hiring.

They were great. From their initial walk-through, they were very friendly and they always seemed very competent. They were there exactly when they said they would be. They finished exactly what they said they would.

It was a looong day. The doggie door too WAY longer than anybody thought it would. The instructions were inadequate. I was concerned that the dog door would cause the other items to not be installed, but everything was accomplished by day's end. I was tired just watching all those fans go up. A lot of work was accomplished today. I WILL contact him to do more work in the future.

From the list of things I would have liked done, Mr. Hatwig asked for the highest priority on the list. I decided that the small area between the range and exhaust that was not tiled was the most important-knowing that it was a time consuming. Mr. Hatwig and his associate were efficient, proficient, professional and performed great clean up. The work to put the tile in place was meticulous and camouflaged a builder's error flawlessly. It looks great. I would highly recommend KBH.

They couldn't do the electrical that's why I went on Angie's List again to get a company to do the electrical. They said they could do it but when they got here, they said they couldn't do electrical. It was fine. I liked their work. It ended up being fine. They honored their "Big Deal" price. The price was fair.

No problems here. Very nice and professional. I would hire again.
