+ -1 moreUnfortunately, Phil had to postpone our first work appointment because of a death in the family. However, he called me in a timely manner to explain the situation. He showed up on the dot for our second scheduled appointment. I have no complaint.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate on a small repair job to my ceramic tile floor. Phil showed up right on time and quoted a reasonable price. He then showed up right on the minute at 8:00 o'clock on a Saturday morning to do the work. It took about two hours to complete the job and when he told me the cost at the end, it was actually $10 LESS than the original quote. I paid him the original amount anyway and it was worth every penny. Recommended!

Description of Work: Several tiles needed to be removed and replaced. Carpet needed to be recut and reattached.
