Jim returned my call within 20 minutes of my leaving a message. He had availability the same day. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, corrected the problem and tested to assure that the clog had been cleared up. He also cleared and cleaned the bathtub and provided helpful tips on how to keep bathroom fixtures clean and free-flowing.

Jim came out work for a great deal of time, discovered what the problem was, cleaned it out charge me a very decent fee, And gave me a six-month guarantee on his work. I was very very pleased with the job performed and my plumbing hasn't had an issue since .

I was unable to remove my shower faucet handle and insert due to significant corrosion. Also had broken stopper, in sink replaced. They rescheduled first appointment, due to previous job taking longer. Showed up early for second appointment. Professional service, approx 2 hours of work. Parts and labor $232.00. Would hire again.

We called Jim later in the day, he was out right away to stop the leak. He then came back a day or two later and made the repair by lunch time. He also cleaned up the site well. We were very pleased and highly recommend him to others.

It was worth the membership fee to find JH Plumbing. I contacted them at 8:00 AM and the plumber was here by 10:00AM. He showed me how to shutoff the water completely to prevent damage in the future and pointed out where the broken pipe was located. He removed the broken pipe from under the slab and replaced it with a new one. He not only repaired it underground which other plumbers were not willing to do but they charged 1/3 the price. I will contact them on any plumbing repair needed in the future and I will recommend them to friends.

I was very pleased with the service. It was prompt, and done exactly to my expectations. The cost was reasonable, and I would use them again.

Water heater started leaking on a Saturday (why does this stuff never happen Mon-Fri??). I called JH Plumbing, was told they had replacement in stock and would replace it on Monday. Jim also stated that if it got worse, call him and he'd get it fixed ASAP. Jim arrived on Monday with new water heater (it was under warranty), found a couple of issues from original new construction installation but installed new heater in about 1 1/2 hrs! Great service and quality for the price! Jim was cheerful, patient and cleaned up the area of water & intallation debris. JH Plumbing will be my plumber from now on!

Called and the owner picked-up within two rings. Despite rainfall that morning, he dispatched one of his technicians and he actually arrived 10 minutes early. Very friendly, clean-cut (Name was Kelly- seemded ex-military, very squared-away, and very polite/courteous, and very focused). He had to auger out to almost 90feet due to our line from the house to the tank and found that we had tree roots. We had a hunch about that which he confirmed with the auger debris. The good thing was he walked the known septic drain field and since we had the tank pumped out three years ago and we have a small house with only one daughter we were good to go. He didn't see any signs of septic sludge, mainly just liquid and solids from the house even out to the root mass causing the problem. He went over some suggested maintenance tips and was done. Really impressed and thankful for their quick response on a work day. He was headed to a new construction plumbing job so we definitely appreciated their time and most importantly, punctuality. o

Due to the poor (rusty) condition of the old faucet and the complexity of the new faucet, the job was more complex than anticipated. In the end, the job was excellent. The installation was thoroughly checked for leaks and the area cleaned up after completion.

It is still ongoing because it's a new construction. They have done everything from beginning to end. They have got a few things to do. They are awesome. They have been on time, clean, courteous and a 100% professional. They do a great job. If any problems arise, they fix them immediately. They know what they are doing. I called them when I found them through Angie's List. I liked the way they approached the business, and the way they conducted themselves when I did meet with them and showed the plans of the house. How precise they are in everything that they do and the speed at which they do it stands out for me. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Well satisfied. The owner came with an assistant. Both courteous, professional, know their job and quickly got to work. Will have to return after I buy two new faucets for the bathrooms.

They got here a little after 9:00 am and used a device called an auger (not sure of spelling). Some plumbers refer to it as the snake. I knew it was my hair (from previous experience) that had clogged up the drain. I did a buy a hair catcher so the problem will never happen again. I think it took them maybe 20 minutes to fix the problem.

They did an excellent job! They arrived first thing in the morning as they said they would. They were clean and friendly. The owner seemed excellent and was concerned about getting everything right during the rough in. They came back on a Saturday morning to do the finish work so we could continue on with the next step in the remodel process as soon as possible.

Fantastic response! Three gentlemen showed up within 15 minutes, introduced themselves and immediately hustled around to find the source of flooding in our downstairs laundry room. Very quickly, they found a split drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom, plus calcium blockage. They took care of that, pulled out baby wipes the previous owner had put into the plumbing, and got ready to leave. As they left through the garage, they noticed flooding in the garage and even though they were very late for a planned job, they spent more time snaking out the outside cleanout. They had all the right tools, were very competent, and extremely friendly and professional. We will have them back in a few days to run a camera through all the drains, as this is a brand new home to us and it's clear there has been no regular maintenance.

It went very well. They are professional and I found that their rates are quite reasonable. They were polite and showed up to the job on time.

We met with Jim at the site. He furnished a bid in a timely manner and we scheduled a date and start time for the job. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Jim even went out of his way to help me load a stump grinder I had rented into the bed of my truck. Overall great service.

Great. Jim is a real pleasure to work with. I am an out-of-town owner. My house had been vacant for a while before my new tenants moved in. There were all sorts of things that needed to be fixed. While Jim was at the house, he noticed that both water heaters were in bad shape. I knew this, so his confirmation was what I needed to do the work. Jim also explained that the heaters were rusting because of the hard water and that the water had been sitting in the heaters for too long. The fix was to install a water softener. All of this cost me less than one months rent and was a very good price.

I recommend him. Joe is the owner and he came out himself. He fixed a major clog in my sink and he was in and out in an hour. His price was also very reasonable.

On time, courteous, completed jobs to my satisfaction. I will use them again.
