Description of Work: I contacted them in late October to get a bid for new construction. After not providing any quotes after several times contacting Deborah over almost 2 months she told me she was busy doing other bids and would "get to it, when she gets to it". She basically hung up on me when I asked why it took almost 2 months to get a quote. I probably was rude when I asked the question, due to my frustration but didn't expect to get that much attitude back when I was looking to spend several thousand dollars with them.

Description of Work: They helped us select the right gas logs for our home. They were great to work with and very professional. They were late in their arrival by a few hours, but once they were here, they did a great job. We recommend them

Description of Work: Contacted them in fall of 2013. They stated they would get to me as soon as they could. I contacted them in spring of 2014 to see if I was still on their list. They acted like it was my fault they forgot. They came out for estimate then never contacted me again. Very unprofessional. It's their loss. I found another company and had the job done in two weeks.

Description of Work: Contacted Robert. Excellent conversation - he requested I take photos for the two fireplaces I wanted to put in the new glass only flame look also to send dimensions - submit to them with emails and they would contact me for an appointment to visit their shop. Send pictures with emails - no response back from Robert or Hill Country Fireplaces . Sent follow -up email and left phone message - still no response. i spent $1,000 getting the 2 fireplaces I wanted with another company.
