Finding contractors in the hill country is not an easy task at all. It took me a year and a half to find a builder that I thought was quality and affordable at the same time. We actually found them by accident. We were interviewing builder after builder and I wasn't happy with anything that I found. I searched in Leon Valley, San Antonio, Kerrville, and the whole country in general. There was a building that went up that we had passed by that had a sign out and when we went to look into the building it was a new little office frame that stood up. The quality of it was just what I was looking for, so it absolutely met my standards and I look at lots of things. They did it right and I was pleased with it. When we interviewed them they were very astute. They built our house in 2006 and we are just as happy with it now as we were seven years ago. They started on time and finished exactly when they said they would finish. They were very professional. The subcontractors that came to the property spoke so highly of them as well and we had already hired them. They told us that they loved working with them because when they arrived everything that was supposed to be there was there. They said that doesn't happen very often, so they get a lot of repeat subcontractors that want to work with them.
