He copied my old files, installed all my extra programming, routed my email accounts to Windows Live Mail (which I could never get to work before), reset my wireless router, and installed a program that allows me to use the old Windows menu bar in Word rather than the Windows 7 menu bar. My new computer works exactly the way it should thanks to his expert work.
