Landon did a great job, he kept me updated on parts ordered. He delivered and gave a demonstration on how certain equipment worked, since it hadn't been used by us previously. Will contact again for other equipment needing repair.

Walk-behind mower was easily completed.? Riding lawnmower had an issue with leaking fuel and he determined that it was the carburetor and had to order it.? Once it came in, he came back out and took the motor apart and left to install the carburetor at his shop because some gaskets had rotted out.? He came back, installed the carburetor and got it running but it sounded awful and he determined that one cylinder was gone and the other one was going and the cost to repair was now more than the mower was worth.? Since he could not know that the engine was bad before replacing the carburetor, he did not charge me anything for his labor on the riding mower and reimbursed me part of the cost of the carburetor.? Very diligent and we will definitely use them again in the future.?

Started using this company July/Aug 2016. Explained that scorpions and centipedes were our concerns. First application seemed not to do us much good. They changed chemicals and some improvement. Then, spiders became prevalent and spray adjustments needed for them. After 3 months pests seemed to be under control. Here's the issue. Pest issue ended during winter months and as I had spoken to the customer agent, we would not need to spray until spring. So, spring comes around and I try to get an appointment to begin spraying again. No return call. Called again this week but this time I got a response via text that I complained too much and that I should take my business elsewhere. A real professional would have called me to explain what was happening with me as a customer. But a text message? Really? This is what you get from this company if you tell them their pest control application is not working. Use them at your own risk. Should be good as long as you don't complain that you still have bugs still alive and kicking.

Landon serviced the mower and sharpened the blades last spring. At that time he told me that the blades would have to be replaced after one more mowing season. Recently I had been having problems keeping the relatively new battery charged, so I decided it was time to install new blades and address the charging problem. When I described the charging problem to Landon, he told me it sounded like a regulator problem. He attached his tester and it read 6 volts at first (low) and almost immediately swung to 16 volts (high). He installed a new regulator, new blades, and serviced the mower. The old blades were in sad shape, so new ones were definitely needed. The old regulator was black showing that it had definitely overheated. I was very pleased because the battery problem was driving me nuts.

They are very good. The family is very good, they've been doing this work for the last 30 or 40 years. He treats the trees, he treats the yard. He does mosquito treatments. He can do just about anything. You can depend and trust him. I have used him for 5 years. They are very reliable in their treatments. He uses all current sprays. He's knowledgeable. He's licensed. He's bonded. They are in tune with all of their customers. They are wonderful people, wonderful family.

Landon, the service showed up almost exactly on time. He was quite pleasant and professional. He changed the oil, oil filter, and air filter. He greased the mower, checked the belts, and sharpened the blades. The latter was no small task because the bolt on one of the blades was frozen, but Landon had no problem because he had the right equipment. When he finished, Landon said that I will need new blades next spring. I will certainly have Davis replace them. He also said that the mower was now like new. It is.

He came actually a bit early and worked fast and efficiently. When we still had a minor issue with the carburetor after the first repair he came back at no charge and immediately fixed the issue.

They are so nice to work with. The owners, Landon and Angela are exceptional. They are so responsive to any problems or questions. They are so knowledgeable. Their prices are excellent and so is the services they provide.

The service was well worth the cost. The tune up on the lawn mower was done here at the house. I did not have to take it in. They scheduled the work in a week's time which was very good as this is a busy time of year as folks get ready for spring. Both the lady who I spoke to for setting up the appointment and the gentleman who came out were very professional. Good experience all around.

I was having to take my outdoor power equipment into Boerne for repair. I heard about the company from a friend and he fixed and serviced my items on the spot. I then began to use him for control of scorpions and was very satisfied.

The rear wheel of my lawn mower lost the "mower height adjustment" capability and I thought a part had broken off. The representative from Davis confirmed the appointment that morning, arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. As it turned out, the mechanism had been bent and wouldn't lock into place. The service was fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. I'm single and can't lift the mower into the trunk of my car to try to drive it somewhere for service, so the fact they came to me was a backsaver.

They come out every 90 days. They provide the best personal service. We pay them every quarter.
