Work went very well. Boerne Painting and Remodeling made an estimate on a Monday afternoon and the workers showed up on Tuesday morning at the appointed time. They completed the work and made sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction. I recommend Boerne Painting and Remodeling to my friends and will probably use them again in the future. The job included painting the walls and ceiling of a 19 ft. high foyer. They replaced two chandeliers.I normally do my own painting but this involved high ladder work. Boerne Painting personnel were professional, skilled, courteous and demonstrated the highest quality work. They minimized the normal; construction mess and cleaned up afterward.

Do yourself a favor - DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I hired this company to fix some cracks in the drywall and then paint 4 walls. I hired them in AUGUST. After some begging on my part, they were supposed to FINALLY come today (October 24!!) to do the work. Moved all my furniture this morning and they never showed up! They said they came this morning and nobody was home. I've been home all morning and if there was somebody at my door my dogs would have gone NUTS!!!!! Also, I would think that they would CALL me if they had any trouble. I feel like they have been very DISHONEST from the beginning. Take a lesson from me: There are so many painters on Angie's list with great reviews. Hire someone who really wants your business!!!

We had some setbacks along the way, but Boerne Painting and Remodeling bent over backwards to make everything perfect. I am absolutely pleased with the work they did. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

We told him where we were at and told him what we wanted. When I called to see when they were coming out -- because they were supposed to come out -- they decided at that point in time to tell us no, even though we had asked ahead of time if they serviced our area. However said they would come out and check with us so we set up the appointment. They no-showed on us. We stressed where we were at, just to be on the safe side, because they are from Boerne and we are from New Braunfels. They are on Angie's List and they have been best contract 2001, 2012 and 2013. We did not get any quotes. They told me on the phone they should not have made the appointment because they don't do my area. The woman I spoke with said she would get with one of their contractors. She got him and said he would be out and what time he would be out so we waited and he never showed up.

It's went fantastic, most professional painting service I've ever used. I recommend this team to anyone looking to get a great price on high quality work. Their attention to detail and service was the best I've experienced!

They showed on time with a full crew, knew exactly what to do, went about it very quickly and professionally. Each worker was pleasant to be around. Morale seemed very good. They cleaned up everything after they were done. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Just like when they painted our exterior the month before, they showed up on time with a large crew 7-8, and all were extremely courteous, very professional and thorough. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left nothing behind. When the job was complete, they wanted to move all the furniture, clothes, accessories back to their original locations but we wanted to take advantage of the situation and chose to do an extreme cleaning of the entire house and thus insisted they not worry with moving things back in place. We cannot say enough nice things about Boerne Painting and Remodeling. We did not have them paint the inside trim, as we have another project coming up that will require newly added trim we decided to wait until that was complete and have them come back to do all the trim at that time.

We were extremely happy with Boerne Painting and Remodeling from the initial visit when John came out to look at the home and provide us a price. WE were difficult to work with regarding timing as we had a couple other projects going on in and around our home so we had to reschedule but they were very responsive and worked with us. When they began the painting we had just finished having a sprinkler system and sod installed in the front lawn and we were having to water often initially. We asked they be careful to try and not disturb the newly placed sod, so they put plywood down to place their ladders on to keep from damaging the sod or underground piping. The entire crew was professional, courteous and thorough. When they had finished painting they spent considerable time cleaning up all around the house leaving no debris, or signs of their presence. We could not be happier with the results and the improvement to looks of our home. We highly recommend Boerne Painting and Remodeling and will use them again ourselves.

John Caudill, the owner, will make it right. He's absolutely committed to customer satisfaction. We've used his outfit four or five times now and will use him again. That said, BP&R is experiencing growing pains right now. John has added a management layer (an office manager/coordinator and a field manager) between himself and the guys with the brushes, and he's adding new crews. It's necessary, but it's a change that not many companies accomplish without glitches. John's experiencing a few glitches. The guys who did the painting for us were not the usual A-Team that we've gotten in the past. Their standards were lower than we expected. We let John know, and their standards improved. We're 98% satisfied with the outcome, and if we called John he would send them back out to bring it up to 100%. The new office manager seems to be a bit overwhelmed. It's best to have a highly organized, efficient person at that position, and I'm not sure that's the case right now. I return to what I said at the top: when we encountered a glitch, we made it known to John or his office manager and the glitch was always fixed. Because I plan to use BP&R again, I hope the rough spots get smoothed out and the glitches disappear.

Joe, the manager made contact immediately upon arrival and assured us of our complete satisfaction. After orienting him on the project, he brought in a crew. Over two days five to six men worked on the home interior in a persistent, workmanlike manner. Each of the workmen clearly knew the the steps in the dance, coming together for a completely new look for our home. Minor delays set us back a day, but once started the crew concentrated on each detail. Joe kept us informed of the progress and quickly assessed our "add ons," quoting the costs and other particulars. I regard the company as a association of professionals who provide a quality service for a reasonable cost.

Joe and his team did an excellent job. They completed the entire job in about a day and a half. The team works together and are very efficient as they all know what they are doing. I am very happy with the job they did. The house had not been painted since it was built 18 years ago and now looks like new.

Boerne Painting and Remodeling were easy to work with. They treated our home with respect from start to finish. Their crew was polite,punctual, communicated clearly and thorough. We plan on using Boerne Painting and Remodeling in the future. We highly recommend their services. One specific thing that made us comfortable and left a positive impression was their concern that we were pleased with their work every step of the way. After completing the painting on a Friday, we were encouraged to check their work after it dried and make a list of any touch ups we thought were needed. We did that and on their return the following week they took the list. No questions asked, and completed the requested touch up work. Mike, the crew's supervisor, checked in on site several times each day to review the work and check with our satisfaction . The final result is that my kitchen looks great!

found this crew to be extremely efficient and neat. I liked the fact that they usually worked together and were well familiar with each other. The "crew boss" was usually on the job with them and easy to talk to. Whenever there was an obstacle, they forged ahead and worked through it. My 6,000 square foot home was painted in 3-4 days.

. John and his company were amazing. He runs his operation like a well oiled machine. They did a beautiful job, the crew was clean,professional and polite. They came in on Monday morning and completed the job by Tuesday noon. Flawless!!!

This was a flawless job from the bid to the finish! Had exterior of our house painted and any rotten wood replaced.

)Perfect. They worked us in early due to a cancellation and worked until the house was finished ( no start and stop). They were nice and eager to do what we wanted. The cost of the job was exactly what the estimate was no suprise extras, although they did some extra things. Our hose started off ugly, then they turned it around and did a great job that made our house beautiful. Fantastic job guys. A great company to do business with.

Moved furniture, protected all surfaces, painted, two coats, walls and ceilings in kitchen/living room, bedroom and bath. Arrived on time and were finished by 5pm.

I don't know if I would use them again to be honest. They took along time to correct the work that was not done correctly in the first place. They finally came back almost a year later and since the work is so recent I still don't know if the job was done correctly only time will tell.

Chuck--We were very pleased with the services rendered. All repairs and painting were accomplished in a timely and highly professional manner. Workers were efficient and courteous. A significant amount of wood trim was replaced and we were particularly pleased with that part of the process. Very professional, courteous, and were EXPERTS!!! John Caudil knew exactly how to price it too!!! The team consisted of a foreman (Joe), two professional painters and a carpenter (Ernesto). They attacked the project with great ease and knocked it out in 2 days! The house literally looks new!!! Wood was replaced, everything was powerwashed, well caulked and painted. And WHAT A JOB!!!! I HIGHLY recommend John Caudil. Awesome job!

Boerne painting and remodeling Who we are: Capable DIYers with experience in home remodeling: my wife and I have painted interior rooms and trim w/o issues before and have completely remodeled a kitchen and several bathrooms doing all the labor ourselves except for countertop, floor tile, and backsplash installations. How we found Boerne painting and remodeling: We bought a new home that was mostly remodeled to our tastes already, but we decided to pull out carpet and install hardwood in a large family room. Before we put down the new floor we also opted to go ahead and re-paint the ceiling and walls a darker color first to avoid any paint spills on the new floor. Busier work schedules and the addition of a toddler since our last remodeling efforts led us to tackle the painting one section at a time while the kiddo slept or a babysitter drained our ?fun? money account. Several weekends later, with the ceiling done, but the walls still needing an add?l coat as well as the trim painted and touch up work we decided we?d bitten off more than we could chew and looked to angie?s list for help. First quote was by a very well-liked couple who are always in the top of the angie?s-list rankings, but unfortunately they wanted to charge more than we felt was reasonable. Second call was to John with Boerne Painting and Remodeling: he came out within just a couple days, explained why the walls we painted ourselves weren?t coming out like we had hoped (the flaws in drywall were visible despite multiple layers of paint) and he gave us tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future. John gave us a very fair quote to not only finish painting the family room, but also finish our bathroom ceilings (prior owner had put down just one thin coat of paint) and repaint our skylights with an exterior paint that would much better resist the UV damage the current paint was suffering from?it was peeling pretty bad. Three days later John had a crew of about 5 painters here to do the work; all very professional and respectful and they took extra care to protect our floors and cabinets from paint scrapings and drippings. John was here at the beginning and returned periodically to verify everything was going smoothly which was appreciated. The job captain noted that our skylights hadn?t been caulked in properly and offered to do this for free. He also found out we had some extra bathroom wall paint available and used it to touch up flaws in the existing paint job?also for free. Overall, I can?t name one aspect of Boerne Painting and Remodeling?s work that I would have wanted done differently. I was not paid for this review and my quote was not contingent on providing a quality review, but I think when a company does such a quality job with no hassle and treats the customer respectfully then they deserve to be recognized. I will be using Boerne Painting and Remodeling again in the near future to finish insulating and installing wall covering in my garage/workshop and, like this job, look forward to them being able to accomplish a lot more work in a shorter time with a much better looking finished product than we could do ourselves. My advice to other readers: swallow your DIY pride and let Boerne Painting and Remodeling help you get the results you want ASAP.

When I first called them, John, the owner came out and gave me a quote on the spot. I said yes and he told me upfront that they were very busy and he wouldn't be able to do it for about 2 weeks. In two weeks, he called and we set up a time for the work to be done. Mike, the gentleman who came out to do the work, was EXCELLENT--very ski!led, very polite and professional. He went the extra mile, applied primer and 2 coats very thoroughly on this T111 wood siding that soaks up paint and is hard to paint in the groves. He covered everything and also caulked all along the top where water might get. I told him what paint to get and when he used it, it did not match exactly, so he painted the whole wall. They said their goal is for every customer to be totally happy with their work and I believe they mean it. They really cared about whether I was satisfied when they were finished. They were wonderful in every way and I am going to get them to do another job immediately, as soon as they are available. I almost don't want to give them this wonderful review, because they will get even more busy and I will have to wait longer. :)

Got the best quote by far from Boerne painting. (other quotes were well North of $1K) Although it took nearly a month to get on the schedule, the work was performed flawlessly and very quickly. I appreciate how clean they crew left the property but they are missing a caulking gun that I found in the landscaping. My house looks new again - Thank you!

Showed up on time. Finished on time. Excellent quality of work. Very professional and polite workmen. Cost was the same as the estimate. We would use them again. Pleased.
