 + 0 moreAll went exceptionally well. A schedule was agreed to. The work took two days. Chad and his crew showed up on the agreed-upon day, and the work was done with great care, professionalism and with quality products. Some of the sprinkler heads needed to be moved an inch or two to allow the barrier stones to be firmly installed and cemented in. The work was done perfectly. The erosion problem has been resolved, and the tree limbs have been removed.
Description of Work: I needed a way to prevent mulch from washing onto the driveway after heavy rains. Chad advised that a 6"-high stone barrier would work best, and I agreed. At the site of the stone barrier, there is a sprinkler zone with 7 sprinkler heads, all of which needed to be preserved. I also had an erosion problem in the back yard. Chad analyzed the situation and presented three alternatives, each with pros and cons. I also needed removal of some tree limbs that were brushing against the roof of the house. After assessing the situation, Chad advised that he could safely remove the limbs.

Description of Work: Today I was told that Chad couldn't fit my small lawn maintenance request into his routes. So If you only need your yard mowed and help with leaves or trees-dont bother calling. His response was based only on my phone call to the office since he was too busy to stop by to discuss what I really need.

 + -1 moreEverything went swimmingly. A 2-man crew came and began the work. Two days later, they contacted me to let me know they were coming to finish the work. Very professional, responsive and thorough. Two thumbs up!
Description of Work: Spring clean-up of beds, trimming of flowers and shrubs, removal of debris, application of pre-emergent weed-killer, and mulching front beds.

 + 0 moreAbsolutly fabulous! Chad came by and gave me a qoute to do the work, and was able to get it done before all the critical family came over for Thanksgiving. Also gave me a qoute for $50 to mow and trim on a yard maintenance program. Well worth the money. Chad and his crew were in and out in no time and did a great job!
Description of Work: Needed emergency yard work prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Yard needed mowed, trimmed and weeded. Also needed all bushes trimmed and manicured. Removal of old Christmas tree in the back year.

 + -1 moreI have a large oak tree with several trunks in my back yard that I wanted to decorate with Christmas lights for the holidays. Chad gave me an estimate over the phone. I was prepared to pay more than the estimate once he saw the complexity of the task, but to his credit he stuck to his estimate. He worked quickly and paid a great deal of attention to the shape of the tree and what arrangement of lights would look best along how much of the branches. I would say Chad truly went beyond the call of duty on this project and produced a beautiful result. I had to leave before the project was completed to collect kids from school and Chad finished the project carefully while I was gone--too many contractors I have known have taken the check and run at this point, so this was very refreshing! I would absolutely recommend Chad and his company to anyone and hope to have him do other landscaping projects for us in the near future.
