Very well. Brad came out and explained everything to me, and a few days later a crew of professional men came to install my new system.

Bought the Hague Water Max system in 2006. Have had zero issues with the system. Have had the guys out a few times to check the system out and to change it over to use potassium salt. Just replaced my hot water heater this weekend because I need a bigger one. When I drained it I expected a lot of gunk just because of our hard water but there wasn't any. I owe that the the water softener. Because of the bigger hot water heater I need to move the water softener a little and they had the parts I needed to extend the water supply lines in stock. Also bought an reverse osmosis system that has been working great. Just the occasional filter replacement.

Living in the country it isn't easy to get great service. Aquaman has never flinched at coming out. I have used Aquaman for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. I do believe in maintenance, so when we call I have received great service. The reps could not have been nicer, efficient, ontime (within their window), friendly and competent! Great job Aquaman!

We have been using aquaman for over 20 years. They have maintained my softener to keep,it in excellent condition over the years. Salt delivery as needed, motor replacement, and 2 resin exchanges. All work has been done quickly and professionally. The technicians have been helpful, give great advice and are honest. It’s been a pleasure working with this company all,of these years.

Repairman diagnosed and explained the problem. Although I was not happy about the diagnosis, he did what he could to get it working properly until it needs replacing.

We have used Aquaman for the past nine years for all our softener, pool and spa needs. Recently, we’ve had them come out to repair our water softener. They are very professional and will work to make everything work to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them. The office staff is always friendly and happy to serve the customer. We get our spa and pool water tested there and purchase all our Bioguard chemicals there for the pool and spa.

Install was fast two hours, and little down time was needed for water use. Old equipment was taken away and area was left clean. Water quality is far Superior to water before. I have noticed that all the plumbing fixtures as well tile are looking better now with the use of the new filter.

Great, the Technician fixed the water flo and eliminated the leak. After he left, he called back later to confirm that everything was working. Would definitely call again.

Kelly came out to the house to do an estimate within 24 hours of my initial call. He was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about water softeners and the very hard water we deal with here in South Texas. There was no hard sell of anything; he laid out the options for our house and let me decide without any pressure. The installation was scheduled for a week later and the two-man team arrived a little late (BUT they called me to let me know that they were running behind....very much appreciated). They removed the old softener, upgraded the plumbing with all new hardware, and installed the new softener in less that two hours. I was shown how to shut off the water to the house in an emergency and also shown how to bypass the system in case the system ever needed service. GREAT service all the way around.

Very well. The service rep. was knowledgeable and efficient. Rapidly diagnosed the problem and had the required parts in his truck. Repairs were done quickly and water softener is now working properly. We also got a call back a few weeks later to insure everything was working all right.

Had a problem with my water softener and called Aquaman to come out and look at it. They were prompt, professional and took care of the problem at a reasonable price. Service technician was very knowledgeable and gave me repair or replacement options with no pressure. Wouldn't call anyone else!

seems to be fine. after a year a part went out, covered under warranty. settings were incorrect. I have community well & soft water only hooked up to hot water. unit was set to cycle every 3 days (instead of on demand) which is much more efficient, according to last tech that replaced part. technician said every time it cycles it uses 8 lbs of salt.

Contacted a representative for the company for a quote for a whole house water softner with filter system. Salesman was courteous, on time, knowledge of product and services and very professional. He explained how the system worked, what we should expect from the system and provided several options. Once installation was scheduled the installers were prompt, professional and installed the system in a timely manner leaving no mess for us to clean up. After installation was completed, the installer gave specific instructions regarding the systems and its functions. Follow up from the home office was also provider within a week after installation. All in all it was a very positive experience working with Aqua-Man and would definitely recommend them.

It went very well - much better than I expected. The serviceman was punctual, clean, clean-cut, and personable. He was very business-like. He hooked up the system to the RO (reverse osmosis) water, then pressured the system up to check for leaks (there were none). He explained that there would be a minimal pressure drop on the Hot side of the faucet due to a smaller hose entering the hot water tank. Lastly, he showed the temperature setting and how to increase or decrease the temperature. He had selected a lower temperature to ensure that no one would be inadvertently burned by unexpectedly hot water. We really appreciated that attention to detail. He did a terrific job of explaining what he did and took time to answer all of my questions. He fielded all of my wife's questions and seemed very interested in making sure that she was comfortable with the product. Lastly, he said that he was just a phone call away if there were any questions or problems. He even cleaned up prior to leaving. So far, everything has been perfect. We get instant hot water for our tea and it is convenient and delicious !

Aqua-man Water Conditioning co. replaced our old iron water filter system with an new water iron removal and chlorination system. About 2 weeks ago we called Aqua-man out to check on an issue and discover the problem was being cause by our previously installed water well water storage system. They made some minor adjustments to the system. I told them I would call the original installer, but the original installer told me it was not a big deal and would come out an check it out when they were in the area. Of course no one came out. As the problem got worse and reached an almost emergency level we called Aqua-man to come out and see if they could help. With the Thanksgiving holiday upon us and everyone else calling with their own issues, Kelly form Aqua-man rearranged their schedule and they were out here the next day. They have always responded in a timely and professions manner, even though we are approximately a 2 hr drive for them. It took them several hours to repair the problem to our old system and our water is better and clearer then ever. I highly recommend Kelly and all the staff at Aqua-man, not only for the knowledge and professionalism, but also for the attention to detail and concern to make everything right and at an affordable price. The service person, Kenny, arrived at the prescheduled time after calling to confirm the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions, thoroughly checked the water softener system settings, and resolved the problem. I have had no problems since. The office made a follow up call several days later to be sure everything was still working properly and that I was completely satisfied - which I was.

The Aquaman technician arrived promptly within the window he gave me. He took the time to observe how the Polaris was behaving and asked me questions so that he could determine what the problem was. He figured out that the back up valve was no longer working. He did not have the part with him, but offered to take the Polaris back to his office, install the part and call me when it was ready later that afternoon. I picked up the Polaris, plugged it back into my pool, and it has been working beautifully ever since. I highly recommend Aquaman!

I let them know what I was willing to pay, and their bid came within the limit. They worked with my builder to coordinate time to install the water lines before the drywall was installed. When it came time to install the unit and do the final install, they were punctual and quick. Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Great job!
