Description of Work: I did not use this company. The project consisted of several different tasks and the proposal did not itemize the expense. I considered the cost excessive and the proposal was seventeen pages long which I thought was a bit much. I decided to seek help from someone else on individual projects instead of the whole ball of wax.

The estimate we provided was for a substantial amount of work, the material costs alone were $950. We submitted to total project cost as a package deal that included multiple items. Much time was spent preparing the estimate for the project at no cost to the client. Our prices are based on the fair market price, we utilize Home Tech for Handymen and Remodelers to assist with this. We provide professional handyman services, have all required insurance coverage, and do professional work. We do offer time and materials based work, but on larger projects we provide flat rate package deals so you know what you are paying for before we do the work. We strive to be fair and offer our clients high value, not just with the expert work, but with our responsiveness and professionalism. We hope you understand and contact us again for future work. We are not the cheapest or most expensive, but we do provide a high level of value for our services.
