Description of Work: Mr. Sees, the owner returned a call I put in to him. I had a very old computer that was giving me problems. Mr. Sees listened to the problems I had and then gave me information to help me determine whether or not I needed a new computer, rather than spending money on the my old computer. He gave me names of good brands to consider buying, and he spent a lot of time answering questions I had about my computer and new computers. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. As it turns out, I did buy a new computer, using his guidelines, and I am very happy with my purchase. If I ever need assistance or repairs for my computer, I will definitely use Accurate Computers.

Description of Work: Figure out why my computer was sporadically malfunctioning - one of the little battery shaped things had bubbled. told me where I could get it repaired. And helped me "design" a new computer and from what company with the best price.

+ -1 moreRodney returned my call for help quickly. He was right on time and went to work quickly ,accessing the problem and coming up with the solution. He is professional, courteous, and an expert. He came back the second day to help me with the set up of the added parts I needed to make our computers wirelessly work throughout the house. We have both MAC and PC, Rodney works well with both. We both do our work on the computer so it is imperative that they work well. After fixing my initial problems, Rodney cleared malware and extraneous programs off our computers so that run more quickly and efficiently. I will keep his number handy and would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: If you live in the hill country, this man is a must! Made the poor quality of GVTC connectivity work and wireless connectivity for my other rooms. Although GVTC claims to have a wireless network, it would not pick up the computer in another room.

+ -1 moreRodney responded to my phone call almost immediately. He came to my work to follow-up on my problem even though it was for my home computer. I called other guys in town, and they either didn't answer their phone, didn't speak English well, or they were too high priced. How can anybody the high rates during this recession. So this made Accurate Computer Solutions the clear choice. We set up an appointment and Rodney came to my house on time and was professional and courteous. He was able to transfer all my files from my crash hard drive. He was able to recover all my Outlook Express into Outlook. He even checked my computer to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Description of Work: Transferred data off of crashed hard drive.
