Some I switched to Long Enterprises I have received dependable and professional service. I thought I needed them one time and called and had service scheduled for the next day but it was only switch delay But next day!!

All great. The tech was super polite. They cover their shoes when they enter your home

The technician checked both our systems, replaced filters, and questioned us about any problems we might have with functioning. He did necessary electrical & pressure checks & answered any questions we had. He performed his job with courtesy & professionally. The check up was scheduled a few days ahead by a secretary who called from the office of Long Enterprises.

They came out on a Thursday 6/16 and now 5 days later the problem is still not fixed. I called them to come back out today 6/22 and now I am being told they no longer service the Commerce area. I said I understand that for new customers but I have had them out before to service my units and now that there is problem, I don't get service?? I spoke to Sarah the manager who was very condescending and told me several times, " You are only a one time customer who paid only $59 for a service". I told her it shouldn't matter what I paid that I am a customer and they should make an exception seeing as how it was just last week I had them out at my property. Very poor customer service. And poor work. Do not fall for their SPECIAL, even they don't stand behind it!! I am very disappointed.

Having used Long to check my chimney I knew they were professional and honest. We scheduled, they showed up and immediately figured out the issue and made the repair. While at our home we ask for a an estimate on replacing the system. We accepted the bid and the work was immediately scheduled. Seeing the old unit come out of the attic certainly proved we had made the right decision. The crew worked through the day, competed the installation and cleaned up after. I waited several months before writing this to ensure our satisfaction. Upon writing this we have had no problems and are satisfied with the work. Regarding the price, I am unable to be 100% sure it was a good deal since I can not get a clear picture what others might have charged for the same work. Bottom line I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Frankly given the fact they answer their phones, show up when scheduled and complete the work makes their service more valuable than others. I wish others would take a page from their operations manual! Don't hesitate, use them and known they will show up and return calls.

They had a special running from this site. It was found out during this inspection my furnace had several issues and that I needed to replace my unit. The tech gave me a quote for a new furnace. I did not go with them due to price, but the tech was very professional and tried his best to work with me. I would call them back again just for that.

I assumed the appointment time of 8:00 to 12:00 was the duration of the appointment, but the technicians did not show up until 10:00 am. Within 10 minutes the inspection was completed and they recommended that I did not need a cleaning. While the company's page said that the $85 fee included a cleaning and a certificate, I received neither. If it didn't need cleaning, ok (their the experts), but I assume the inspection certificate would be something I should turn into the insurance company to prove I did my due diligence.

The technician did a good job, the company took a long time to get the part. It was 7 days before they got the blower motor to my house. They technician did an excellent job once they were here. It took them 2 days for them to call to say that they would get somebody here, then they called to say they can't find the part till the weekends over, then after they did it, they said it would take another 5-7 days to get the part. That was a long time to get it. It was covered under my home warranty. The cost was not an issue it just took long. The technician was outstanding. He was efficient, quick, and very professional in his job. I would tell family and friends that it takes them a long time to get the parts. The technician showed up exactly when he said he would be here.

It turned out good. Four months later, there was a noise in the outside unit and it sounded like a fan. They sent their technician up there and saw that the motor was bad so they replaced it and trouble shot it. We never had a problem. As soon as I heard it, I knew what it was and it was the fan. I had three bids.

They seem to know what they were doing and they did not leave a mess.

Long Enterprises did a great job. Removed old system, installed new, cleaned up and were gone in 8 hours.

I chose someone else for ac service and they outsourced the chimney clean to another company because they were very busy.

We had a Carrier heat pump put in last fall by a contractor who is no longer reachable. We had only used the heat side of the unit until this summer when we discovered the cooling side did not work. Carrier only covers labor by the original contractor so we had to pay someone to come out to do the work. What a blessing that we found Long. Shane was the tech who came out who is truly amazing. He found that the wires into the unit had been reversed. It took a lot of detective work to figure this out but he did. So he fixed that and inspected the rest of the system and made necessary adjustments. We had to pay more than what we were figuring on but it was worth every penny. We even signed up for their bi-annual maintenance program.

We were paying in excess of $100 more per month than our old unit cost us. (our old unit was needing repaired had a hole in the cooling system and we chose to put the money to fix or replace this part, into a new system) Then we switched to Heat...and the furnace didn't do a very good job of keeping us warm.... We had called 2 or 3 times before about the cooling...and they came out but didn't do anything about it....we were put off, which surprised us. But finally they sent out a man who was like an expert on duct work...and he found the problem...when they took out the old unit...and where the old furnace fed to the duct work..it had not been sealed off properly....So in essence we were cooling the outside all summer...and were beginning to heat the outside....at the start of winter.... After the man repaired the problem...and we sent Long Enterprise our electric bills for the summer...we never heard a word back from Steve Long....No one ever called later to see if the fix was truly the fix.... WE are HAPPY to report..it seems to have been the fix.

His crew were out the next day to get me back up and running. If you live in Texas you know June and HOT go together!!!!

John was right on time and very professional. Our fireplace was once converted to gas and we wanted it back to wood burning. He inspected and cleaned the chimney as well as repaired the hole that the gas line came through. He did a great job. We also purchased a fireplace grate from them. I will definitely use Long Enterprises again for any fireplace or heating/AC issues.

Very Professional with great attention to detail regarding potential dust/dirt on my carpet (there was none!). Of the 4 chimney sweep companies listed above Longs stating they serviced the SHERMAN/DENISON area, Long Enterprises was the only one who actually said they did over the phone. If you live in the SHERMAN/DENISON area, this is the company to call in my opinion. Customer for life.

Arrived on time and performed equipment inspection. Showed me how my equipment was performing and explained what some of the measurements meant. There were no surprises like my previous provider who would always tell me I was low on Freon and charge me an additional fee. I could never understand how a closed system could lose Freon unless there was a leak. Long Enterprises found my system running in good shape and did not require any additional Freon. Sort of makes me wonder if other company was taking advantage of me. I appreciate the integrity of the Long Enterprise technicians and would recommend this company to my friends and family.

We had recieved another bid that said the AC and furnace was bad and all needed to be replaced. Roy arrived from Long Enterprises and quickly determined that the furnace was in great shape, just the AC portion needed replacing. We scheduled a time and Roy arrived when agreed upon. After starting the job, he realized that the job was a little more complicated due to the way the builder had installed it. He immediately called and got help and the job was finished in no time. You could not tell anyone had even been in our home, they were so clean. We were so impressed with the price and service, we are having Roy replace the entire HAVC system in a house we just pruchased and closed on 10-15. We scheduled this service prior to closing and we were called 10-16 to confirm a 10-17 replacement. We were given 3 choices of systems and are going with a 16 seer 2 stage unit, the most expensive, after we werer told the benefits in energy saving and federal tax credit. I am even giving Roy the key to the house as we are unable to be there. We trust him and Long Enterprises that much. We even had Roy come out after the home we bought to inspect the HVAC unit, even after our inspector finished. He met with our Real Estate agent to gain access and she was also very impressed with the company. If you need HVAC work, this is the company to call.

Called the main number listed in the phone book and the call was answered immediately. The owner dispatched a technician and gave a time of arrival estimate. The tech showed up well within that time frame. Heath was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner and for a fair price. Would recommend Long's to friends and family needing HVAC service!
