They did a good, thorough job. They did sell us an upgrade - razor scraping the windows because we had a stuff stuck on them - pollen, bug juice, etc. I felt conflicted about that because, on one hand, they were trying to upsell me to something I didn't want,and on the other hand, I didn't know how else they'd get the windows clean. Overall, though, we are pleased. They did not try to sell us anything else and offered to make an appointment for six months. When we declined, he just said "okay" and gave us his card so we could call when we were ready. No pressure sales tactic.

My experience went well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and plan on using this company again in the future. I would recommend this company to others.

Supplier was on time and completed pre-effort survey. Work was done efficiently and rapidly.

I also had some gutter guards that I had wanted to install in some critical areas. They were happy to do that for me. Great company.

I'm on a maintenance contract and they come every 6 months. They are fantastic. They show up on time and they do a great job. They are very non-intrusive. They take their shoes off and they put covers on their feet when they walk in the house. It's great. They call and ask if I am ready for my six months. They are really, really professional and they are real courteous. I have dogs so they do the front of the house and then the back so I don't have to put the dogs up. If they just do the outside, it is $99 and $120 or $130 if they do both the inside and outside. The price is not too bad because it includes doing every window in the house, the screens, the doors and the storm doors and cleaning the sills. I love that they call me.

Well,I have learned to really read the fine print in the Big Deals.This was another $100 Deal that turned into $300.It also turned into a long term agreement and future work for this company. The deal was for outside cleaning only,but I really needed much more.The company was on time,the work was complete and neat and clean up was done.This turned into an every 6months cleaning agreement.

$60 Excellent from start to finish! We bought the Angie's List Big deal for $140. Appointment was handled professionally, emailed confirmation, called prior to visit and they were on time. After inspecting the windows, Eric recommended razoring the gunk around edges and corners since the outside windows had probably never been cleaned since they were installed. We agreed and when the first window was done, we knew we had made a good decision! Everything was done by hand. The windows were so clean and sparkly even my husband noticed immediately. We both feel we got our money's worth and scheduled a repeat cleaning on outside windows in six months for $60. Plan to make window cleaning a recurring event using Clear Blue. Highly recommend their service.

The windows look great. However, the scheduling was a bit messed up. The first scheduled date needed to be moved due to wet weather. A date was rescheduled for a Saturday. However, on a Monday afternoon we got a call that they had an opening and could come then. I appreciated their fitting us in, but there was no advance warning. The lower screens of our windows need to be removed from inside. He started on the top of the windows and when we got home came inside to remove the screens. However, we needed to leave the house before they could be replaced. Again, we got a last minute call--this time that he was at the house--and ready to replace the screens. I really appreciated the service and the cleaning, but would have liked some advance warning that he was available to come to the house.

I would highly, highly, highly recommend Clear Blue Windows Cleaning Company. They went above and beyond!! I had found them on Angie's list, and was impressed with the reviews. I also purchased the coupon for two hours of work. However, I ended paying a little more, because I will admit, my windows were filthy. I was traveling with my job when they cleaned the windows, but I had someone here why they were here to clean them. When I returned home, I was amazed!!! They are crystal clear!! I was also impressed with their response to my needs. I am trying to get my house on the market by the end of the month and my realtor said I needed have my windows cleaned. At first, it looked I might not be able to get them cleaned when I needed them to be cleaned, but when I explained to Amber how important this was she had a cancellation and got me in earlier. They did a good job and were professional. Lots of extras that I didn't expect added up to double the price. However, if I read the fine print, I would have seen that, so I have to put most of the responsibility on myself. Just suprised me that it was double for a 3100 square foot house, which seems average to me. They did good work and were professional and courteous.

Fantastic! The weather was crummy and they still did a fantastic job. The family-run team was courteous and quiet as mice. They even cleaned the nursery and my child's bedroom first so I could use those rooms. We have a dog that is a runner and they were super mindful of him too. This company far exceeded my expectations and all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them in the future.

Incredible. Fantastic. Superb. Amazing. Landon and Tyrone worked for 2 days, probably consuming about 10 hours (20 man hours) in total. Windows are so clean that you can't tell they are there. For the first time in years, we now pull up our blinds and enjoy the view. And all Landon could do was apologize for having to come back a second day... after spending the first day working for hours miserably in the cold. Landon and Tyrone worked in and out of our house while one of our children was recovering from surgery. They were very polite and considerate throughout the job. Landon called ahead and was right on time both days. At the end, I actually tried to pay them more than the quoted price because it only seemed fair. They wouldn't accept it. Use this company. Best $150 I've spent on the house ever.

After purchasing the big deal, we let the company know when we hoped to have the windows washed. They responded promptly, wanted to have some information about the house and told us they didn't think it could be before Christmas. But they ended up having a cancellation, were able to do the windows before Christmas and did a nice job.

I was supposed to have windows cleaned on 6 December. My fourth rescheduled date is now 28 December, after the holidays. Communication is poor since they will only send an email and I don't sit in front of my laptop all day.

I opted for a few things and the additional cost was not excessive. They did a very nice job and I'd use them again.

Bought deal through Angies List, messaged me the same day and informed me that it would be a month until they could come and clean my windows. I was put on the waiting list and ended up getting my windows done the same week. Two gentlemen came to clean my windows, both were professional and polite. Wore footies in the house. The windows and windowsills were spotless. Will use Clear Blue Windows again.

Inside & outside of all windows, single level 1800 sq ft house

Arrived on time and provided a final estimate which included the additional charges for the larger windows we have in our home. The actually cleaning of the glass was well done, however, the window sills were not cleaned. The response from the company was that they only clean the window sills if the homeowner specifically requests it be done. I have used other companies in the past and cleaning the sills is always part of the normal scope of the service performed (never had to request it or pay extra for it). In the end I paid a premium price and still have dirty sills.

Their estimates are reasonable and they are very thorough and non-disruptive. They are very responsive and always call back within a day or so. Our windows had not been cleaned in a very long time. They are coming back out to re-do a couple windows that have smudges / streaks.

Eric and his team were VERY professional in their appearance, attitude, and performance. They ended up doing a more intensive clean for our very, very dirty windows. They cleaned both inside and out and were very careful with everything. We even made plans to have some of our screens replaced the next time they came. Very pleased overall with this service.
