They were several hours late, because of legitimate problems, and called to inform me. But by the time they finished cleaning my windows, it was @ 7pm at night and washing windows in the dark is not a good idea. They did a good job, though, but I was in a tight spot because that was the only day I could schedule the appt. (because they were so booked up) and it was 2 days before Christmas, and I had company flying in that night they finished the job. Result of my Experience: Yes, I would hire them again, but they should not be cleaning in the dark and expect a perfect job to be done, nor to inconvenience the customer. .

They were INCREDIBLE! I purchased a window cleaning sale through Groupon and without any pressure whatsoever, we decided to also have them complete other cleaning due to their careful and thorough service. I've been hoping to have them back again soon -----been watching Groupon for another opportunity. ABSOLUTELY use this company if you have the opportunity - personal and friendly service and excellent quality.

I purchased a "Bid Deal" from Clear Blue back in January anticipating that I would like to have my windows cleaned at the beginning of Spring. Scheduling the appointment was a snap. The crew showed up on-time. I didn't even have to be home for the service. I came home after work and took a look at all the windows. They were all spotless. They even left a quote to have the windows cleaned again in 6 months.

Clear Blue Windows did the best job of communicating scheduling and policies I have ever seen. Because of bad weather, we had to reschedule several times, and the process was easy and efficient. The crew showed up on time, was polite and professional, and explained my options for future service very clearly. I felt the cost for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

The work was professional, timely and well done. Clear Blue hand cleans and dries every window - no hoses, sprays, squeegees. They clean the window tracks and sills. I paid a little extra for some specialty windows and my storm doors. Call Clear Blue Windows - you will not be disappointed.

Appointment went great - friendly crew, windows looked terrific

They were very pleasant to be around. They were friendly without being overly friendly, and they were helpful if we saw something that we thought wasn't cleaned off completely. We just bring it up and they would work on it again to our satisfaction. They are very personable and very efficient. I would say they are very thorough, efficient, and very easy to work with.

I used them again in Jan 2014 and I was not as pleased. They were over an hour late and my Windows are smeared, not sparkling clean like the first time. Can still see the smears 2 months later on some of the windows from the road. Will hire them one more time in late spring/early summer, but if they don't do as good of job as the first time, then I will not use them again or recommend them.

It took them 2 days to do the windows. The scheduling was fine. The workers were very courteous and nice. They got the gutters cleaned out in one day.

They did a great job with the windows. Even scraped them to make them even cleaner. They pointed out a couple of windows that needed repair too. Overall a great experience.

They did a good job. The guy who did it was very polite. He had done a really good job. I thought the pricing was good, I had a lot of windows.

Went well for the most part. I am now cleaning the insides and seems like near bushes etc they might have missed a few corner spots and did not scrape off some junk. They gave me a deal for the next time. They were backed up as far as number of committments but otherwise they kept their date. You have to watch your inbox on Angie's. I was expecting their call and instead they had an email reply to schedule.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were excellent. We didn't pay any additional. The price was very fair. We've had them back to clean the windows again.

Eric and his crew were outstanding. An excellent service that I will continue to use.

Went very well. Ended up razor cleaning at no charge.

They completed today. The job is fantastic. Two individuals showed up on time and began the work early in the morning. I have had window cleaning companies in the past but they did not clean using the same process these men did. They both cleaned the same window at the same time, one man on the inside and the other on the outside. This resulted in each window being PERFECTLY CLEAN before they moved on to the next one. This is not the process used by 2 other companies I had used in the past and believe me it made a noticeable difference. When I called to make an appointment I had to wait almost 7 weeks before I could get on their schedule, thus the "B" I gave them in the responsiveness category. But believe me it was worth the wait. They did a fantastic Job at a very competitive price. When they were completed as part of their wrap up process, they made a 6 month in the future appointment for me. I am not obligated in any way and can call and cancel or change. I think this is a great idea and will keep me from waiting for an appointment in the future. Since by the time I notice I need the windows cleaned some event is coming up and I am in a rush. One of the men was the owner Eric. A Great Experience Thank you Eric.

We have a two story house located on a wooded creek area. Our windows tend to get more dirt then the average. We had not had the windows washed in some time. Clear Blue Windows had a job on their hands. The work done could not be improved on by anyone. We were more then pleased. This is a family owned company who clearly know how to build their business. They will be back at our house--a really great job.
