Description of Work: Used them for window cleaning, ours were *very* dirty, with grime and other grit on outside that required extra work. Eric walked all around and took stock and gave me option of including what he thought was needed. Our windows have never looked better.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning. The windows were cleaned. I was disappointed in there follow through. I have the woven wood blinds with drapes. Out of about twenty windows, less than half of the windows were put back where they were supposed to be at in their original spot.

They called before they showed at the house, and in a window of 1pm - 3pm they were at my place by about 1:45 after calling 30 minutes ahead. They were professional and went right to work. My windows look amazing! I forgot how good they can look when clean.

Description of Work: Cleaned inside and outside of my oversized windows and screens in a two storey home. Also I used their razor clean service to clear the paint overspray from the windows. Lastly, they cleaned the entry hall's hanging lamp and the two side lights at the front door. The technicians worked diligently and left everything sparkling.

Description of Work: My difficult to open storm windows were sooo dirty. Each window was scraped to get a film off, then washed, inside and out. The results are incredibly sparkling and wonderful. It did cost more because of the intense effort in removing and replacing these windows, but it was more than worth it. I am told it will not need the scraping most of the time. Scraping had not been done by anyone hired to do them in the 24 years we have moved here. I will definitely hire this company again. The work was perfect, with nothing in the home being disturbed.

Description of Work: The crew did a wonderful job. It took them 2 days to finish. They worked hard cleaning over 50 windows, screens and scraping old paint off from a previous paint job. We were very pleased and will use them again.
