 + -1 moreDid a great job, start to finish. There were the usual sub-contractor issues, but they were handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend B R Ferguson to anyone needing home building services.

Description of Work: Addition built for utility/mud room to replace existing covered patio. Mr. Ferguson gave great remodel ideas and sketches to give us an idea of what was possible. He asked questions that made me consider possibilities that I had not thought of yet. He considered every detail and brought out specialist to look at the area and give us accurate estimates. His experience and advice has been invaluable for this remodel as it was our first and we didn't know where to begin. He uses quality companies that give very reasonable bids (actually the lowest) but who he has used for years and do quality work. He considered our budget and worked with us to maintain it as much as possible. I will use them for any further remodels in the future (they do great outdoor kitchens) and appreciate Mr. Ferguson's patience and professionalism.
