Trey responded with a quote the same day as the request. He did excellent work installing a replacement pane. Also learned a few fascinating facts about windows from him as he installed it.

We had some older aluminum windows with fogged glass with a couple of those windows were difficult to work, but Trey in his genius made it work in replacing the old insulated glass to new ones. Now we can actually see out those windows :-). Trey was so conscientious in scheduling the glass replacement on a good weather day. Highly recommend Trey and his work.

Trey, the lead contractor and I hit it off from the beginning at the time of the estimate and carried our positive momentum all the way to the completion of the job. He gave me his best price and showed me how to save money ($500) on the job by performing my own demo of the old flooring. The agreement for the work was made on a Friday, Trey then lent me his trailer so I could dispose of the old flooring, and we completed the demo on Sunday. Trey and his crew showed up on Monday morning and I paid him his 40% "start money" and they finished on Thursday afternoon. I have to give Trey and his crew high praise because they helped me with my ailing father and tiled his room without putting him out or causing any displacement. Trey also returned the left-over material and returned the funds to me. All in all a very pleasant experience!
