Description of Work: We had a gas leak. They sealed a valve in the fireplace that was leaking. It went well. They were very professional and attentive to the problem. They charged me half an hour more than I thought, because they had to leave to get a compressor. I would use them again.

Description of Work: During the "great freeze" we had recently in town, my pipes froze, and then burst a leak to the point that once my pipes unfroze, I had no water pressure inside my house. I was on the list for a plumber to come from Midland, and for four days they told me "hopefully we will come today, if not, we'll try tomorrow." After going for five days showering and cooking at friend's houses, I got fed up and decided I needed to go local. I found Scott Whitmore on Angie's List, called him around 2 pm, left a message and got a call back directly from Scott within 4 minutes. He was very friendly and told me he would try to send a crew as soon as they were done with the call they were on, and if they couldn't get there by 5 that day, he would guarantee first thing the next morning. I liked that I didn't get anymore "maybes" from Scott. His crew ended up actually making it that same night around 4 pm, they replaced my pipe, and I finally had water running again. The price was reasonable and well worth the price of running water. I am SO THANKFUL that Scott made it happen and provided same-day service and even if he had come the next day it still would have been better than the Midland company who still wasn't willing to guarantee a day they could come out. I will be calling Scott soon for the other less pressing plumbing issues that need to be fixed in my house. I would highly recommend Scott and his crew, they will get the job done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We were having plumbing back up into the house. Scott and crew came out the SAME DAY!! They diagnosed the issues, tried a few things and wala!!!! fixed out issues. Fast, Clean, Professional and HONEST... even the neighbor across the street came to give him a hug for the new year. What a great group of guys that enjoy helping folks.

Description of Work: I used Whitmore Plumbing to do a complete re-plumbing of our bathrooms.

Description of Work: Scott Whitmore replaced the line from my bathroom to the septic tank. He then had to lower the opening to the septic so the waste will run downhill instead of uphill. I have lived in this home for 11 years and the plumbing has never worked properly. Scott has done a wonderful job! When I call for service, he is at my house either the same day or the next day. He is a wonderful plumber and I would definately recommend him to do work for you.
