Gartman A/C, Heating and Plumbing

IThere were 2 amazing guys, Billy and Bryce (with a y.. )We are thankful for them today!! They did a great job and were very knowledgeable and upfront with us about everything that was happening.. Called morning January 29th they showed up end of day and was going to put us on the schedule for February 1st., because our bathtub was leaking into the bedroom. They failed to put us on their own schedule we had to call to find out where they were February 1st. That is LIE number one from the POS owner. when they came they told my mother that the pipes were leaking throughout the house and that was the cause of the tub that's PROBABLY lie number two. However they spent two days replacing pipes throughout this house and when we turn the shower on it leaked into the bedroom through the bathtub again and now the RO system is leaking under the kitchen sink. Mentally ill man calls up and gives them a piece of mind and tell him to come out here and pick fix the ****, now the RO it takes about an hour to get a gallon of water out of it I ain't never seen an RO system do that. Back to the bathtub, still not repaired SEVEN DAYS LATER. February 4th shows up late after 3.5 hours of digging a hole went to 1.5 HOUR lunch came back AND 5 minutes later , gone nobody told us anything show up on Friday finish digging the hole and at the end of the day February 5th guess what bathtub still unrepared. But the RO system that was leaking they did a quick repair saying that one of the valves was bad that they had just put in the day before, THAT IS BAD SERVICE LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL, Friday morning the POS owner says he'll be here in a little while at the end of the business day on Friday AND THAT piece of ****, never showed up to fix the RO system. BUT HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY PROFESSIONALISM WELL I'M NOT A COMPANY FREEDOM OF SPEECH I GAVE ME MY MIND MENTALLY ILL AS I AM IF HE DON'T LIKE IT HE CAN KISS MY ******* ***..... Recap call on Friday show up late on Monday, Thursday they show up late to continue work fixing the bathtub, BUT 5PM, Friday February 5th the bathtub still leaking. now they can blame it on the house settling all they want but I have a feeling that the pipes that they repaired didn't need THE REPLACING TO ADDRESS WHY WE CALLED INITIALLY, BATHTUB LEAKING INTO BEDROOM, but that was the most expensive route that THE OWNER A POS, wanted to go. I'm mentally ill and gave him my peace of mind when the **** RO SYSTEMis destroying my mom's property he is more worried about being cussed on the phone instead of his own business professionalism. ANYONE in Big Spring Texas Howard county that uses Gartman plumbing is an idiot, the Owner exactly what the reviews from six months say a POS, [*** Link removed ***] I have experienced it now three times in less than a week FROM HIS LIES. THE saying if you can't dazzle them with your brilliance then baffle them with your ******** , well we got a bunch of ******** from the owner of this company. AVOID using them at all costs unless you just want to give them money for doing nothing now some of his workers very professional the owner of the company piece of ******* ****.. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD TAKE A GRADE AWAY FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO PROFIT OVER THE PAIN OF OTHER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING HIS WORD THAT HE GAVE AS THE OWNER OF A BUSINESS YOU DON'T GIVE YOUR WORD AND THEN DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH TO ME THAT'S A LYING MOTHER ******. 535 February 5th shows up and cleaned that the water was coming out fine before they ****** it up, with it now it's not coming out he's blaming it on the filters that's called if you can't dazzle somebody with your brilliance you baffle them with your ********, bottom line he's a piece of crap avoid heart gartman plumbing at all cost. He's in there now arguing with my mom that the fact that it's the filters That's a classic case of corporate deflection unprofessionalism and trying to baffle somebody with ********,

We lost water pressure Thursday night, I dug up the whole water line and the collar that surrounds the water meter to find the problem which was an old elbow at the water meter. We suffered through the long Memorial Day weekend with no water because Gartman's wouldn't come out until Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came around and the service guy Ed showed up at 330. After much hemming, hawing and if's and don'ts he convinced me we should replace the whole water main to the house (30 feet). In the prosses of replaceing said line he offered a few extras that "fell" off the truck, lost tools in his truck, used my tools and ate a sandwich as well as smoked after he finished his food, "on the clock" mind you. While speaking with Mr. Ed, he disclosed to me he was a recent parolee after doing some time for manufacturing meth, which explained the missing teeth, he also offered to do any other work on the side as to not have to go through his company. It was an understanding of all parties that the new pipe would go next to the existing water line in the ditch that I had dug and that I would cover everything back up, as to save us some dough. When the work was completed my girlfriend, Mr Ed, and I discussed how much the job was going to cost and how much time he spent here working, at which point it was understood that the final bill would be three hundred ($300) dollars TOTAL for all parts AND labor. Well today 5/29/14 my girlfriend got a phone call from Gartman's claming that the bill would be FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THREE AND SIXTY THREE DOLLARS ($543.61)! Well being the calm cool collected and experanced of us I desided to call to find out why there was such a difference between what Mr Ed had quoted and what we where getting from the office. Well that was a fruitless opportunity because Mr Buster Gartman ran the entire conversation and wouldn't accept any criticism or take any responsibility for his employee, would not provide us an itemized list of parts used, nor time stated, he assumed we could not pay the bill and offered a job to me for TEN DOLLARS ($10) an hour and after insulting me he proceeded to hang up in the middle of my sentence "Whats the point of..(hang up)..hiring someone if you don't stand behind their work?"

The repair went ok. My problem is that we had them evaluate another job in the same area. He took the measurements and the assessment of what materials were need and was suppose to get back with us on the cost and scheduling of the job. He never got back with us. That was at least a year ago. I don't care for professionals that don't complete the job, especially something as little as calling back regarding a job they have offered to bid and complete.

They were quick, and their demeanor was good. They were professional and polite when I used them for my heating or air conditioning.

Installation went well. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, and friendly. There was a glitch in the condensation drain but this was repaired and all is well. So far the new air conditioner is saving us money on our electric bill and we hope that the new heating unit will do the same for our gas bill this winter.

The job went very well. The estimate was accurate. The job was done promptly. The plumbers were courteous and friendly. My grandfather is pleased with the finished product.
