+ -1 moreOn January 30, 2004, Mr. Sides and his crew removed and hauled off my old roof and installed the new roof the same day. They went all around the house with a magnet and removed any nails that had fallen off the roof. They also cleaned and removed any materials and parts of shingles that had fallen from the roof. My yard and house were left as clean as they found it. About 5-6 years ago I contacted TOMCO Roofing after a Hail storm in my area. Texas is notorious for Hail storms and high winds each Spring. Mr. Sides came out the next day and looked at my roof. Luckily there was no damage at that time. I am the type of person that saves all records on repairs that I have had done. If I have been given quality service at a good price I will call that repair service again, whether it is plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. TOMCO Roofing will be installing a new roof within the next few days (April 2016) and I expect that I will receive the same quality workmanship and professionalism as in the past or I would not have contact Mr. Sides for my roofing needs.
Description of Work: Tommy Sides, owner of TOMCO Roofing installed a new roof with 3 Tab silverlining and included new vents, plumbing stacks, and ridge material. This roof remained in good condition (12 years) until a Hail storm on March 23, 2016. The roof would probably lasted another 5-7 years if not for the Hail storm. I called Mr. Sides on March 25, 2016 and he came out within a couple of days to check my roof for damage. He found a sufficient amount of damage. I then contacted my insurance company with a claim and set up an appointment with an adjuster for April 19, 2016. I called Mr Sides to let him know when the adjuster would be at my home. Mr. Sides was here when the adjuster arrived and they both agreed that my roof was totaled by the Hail storm and needed to be replaced. The adjuster and Mr. Sides had worked together on other insurance claims in the area and the adjuster said that Mr. Sides was a fair and good business man and did excellent work.
