We are repeat customer and will continue to be so for life. Mr. Lord used unique techniques to determine our daughter's need for piers in preparation for sale of her home. HIs price was a FULL 35% below the next competitor and the amount of work done much greater. Remarkably honest and trustworthy, with utmost integrity. As well, he placed us, his customer first and went beyond the call of duty with each services provided and clean-up. His crews are incredibly hard working, amicable and cooperative, also going above and beyond to please the customer. WOW!!!

Ben was very hands on from inspection to completion. He was always available to explain and was readily available to answer any questions. He was thorough in his assessment and ensured foundation, drainage and grading was done per specs and on time. Currently scheduled for plumbers and final inspection. I would definitely recommend Texas Foundation Experts and call them again should the need arise.

We had our foundation leveled, 32 piers installed, and drainage system installed. Gutters are also a part of the package. Heath walked us through each step and was in constant contact with us. The workers were here on time and worked diligently in our Texas heat. I was amazed at how clean everything was when they finished! I would highly recommend Texas Foundation Experts!

Texas Foundation Experts proposed the most common sense repair from beginning to end of the project and beyond. Their work looked efficient and professional. Mr. Jennings has scheduled future visits to check the work and make sure it endures and has suggested other fixes I will do in the future for water runoff control.

My project was handled very professionally and I was very pleased with the entire process. I had my estimate done by Ben, who thoroughly explained the process. And it was surprisingly very affordable. I was able to take my time scheduling without hassling phone calls, and had the job scheduled exactly when it was convenient for my schedule. Texas Foundation Experts cleaned up everything after the job was complete and arranged all the post foundation surveys just as promised. This was a no hassle process throughout which helped ease the stress of having to have it done in the first place... I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Very good workmanship, cleanup & On time for the project

After having dealt with the big foundation repair companies in the past I was dreading this. My home had existing piles but of course the work I needed was not covered under warranty. Ben was a pleasure to work with. He truly saved the day and made this the most painless major home repair I have ever done. Obviously I hope we don t need the service again but if so I am so glad I found Ben and Texas Foundation Experts. If I could give 10 stars I would. They delivered categorically and I am 110% satisfied. Thanks Ben!!!

Heath delivered exceptional Customer Service. He explained our house had a drainage issue rather than foundation problems. However if unaddressed would later become foundation issues. His crew corrected the drainage issues and cleaned up the lawn after they were done. All were polite and friendly. Heath did not trying to sell us something we didn t need. Also He returned to inspect the finished job and made sure everything was completed to his and our satisfaction before he collected payment. Ben at Texas Foundation Experts was awesome to work with, he explained the process very well and was always available in person or via phone for all my questions as they came up before, during and after our repair. The TFE crew were punctual and worked long and hard hours to accomplish the tasks on time, which included French drains and gutter drainage system along with the foundation raising and repair. Our hydrostatic testing and final engineering report also happened in a timely matter as well. All in all, 2 thumbs up and a 5 star rating from me and my wife. Thank you again Ben!!

Ben Lord oversaw the entire project, start to completion, thats a person who cares about his own business. The slab was in a area with drainage issues and he took steps to make sure it would last a lifetime. No Fault of Bens we ran into a few snags with the projects I wanted city would not permit all of them. Ben went there in person to try to resolve the situation. One was resolved I have more projects in the future and will only use Ben's company for the work as I know he will complete the work asked to everyone's satisfaction.

Great customer service, kept me informed, met schedule, a fine job.

We had several companies come out to talk with us about our foundation issues. We also had a structural engineer give us a report on what needed to be done. One salesperson left after he found out we had the engineers report Heath was happy to work with the structural engineer. Not only did his crew do great job on the foundation (fixing what the last company didn't) but he stopped by several times during the repair to make sure everything was going well. Super nice, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs foundation repair. We also had them back out to replace our patio.
