We had drainage problems around the foundation of our house and were looking for solutions. Ben provided excellent customer service, thoughtful advice, and completed the project as promised. That included removing shrubs, removing a narrow concrete pathway around the perimeter of the house, removing and installing a new patio, and installing pop-up drains for our new gutters. Additionally, his work crew was very professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Texas Foundation Experts to any of my family or friends.

Very happy with the work performed and they were on time and we'll supervised. Also, they replanted all landscaping as it was before the work was performed. I also had an interior concrete aggregate floor that had to be pierced to install a pier and they replaced the concrete aggregate to look like the surrounding aggregate.

Timely arrival. Informative in discussing results of their survey of the foundation problem. Courteous approach. Efficient completion of work in one day consistent with original estimate. Reasonable cost. Tidy cleanup after the work was done. Very competent and professional work overall.

Ben came out to perform a survey as scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. We had several estimates given to us from a number of companies and chose Texas Foundation Experts. Their crew arrived on the scheduled date of work and did a great job with the pilings, took extra care to protect and restore the landscaping. They did an excellent job patching of the brick seams and resealing the windows that had pulled away from the bricks. I would highly reccomend this company.

Highly recommend ! They were very timely , very reasonable, cleaned up afterwards, replanted bushes that they had to remove, repaired cracks in the brick walls and included a plumbing inspection after the work was complete. If you want a company that does quality work, this is the one.

I hired Texas Foundation Experts right on the spot without much reservation. I had other companies come and look at the job but felt they were right for the job. Ben was professional and courteous. Texas Foundation Experts (TFE) prides themselves in customer service and excellence. If you need foundation repairs, Ben Lord and his team are right for the job. From start to finish, there are countless things that set them apart from the rest. Ben was patient and explained the process of foundation repair simply, yet thoroughly. During the initial evaluation process of what company to go with, Ben came to my house twice to answer questions and walk me through the needed repairs to my house. He was authentic and honest - He didn't try to sell more than what was needed for the repair. Ben recommended adjustments to where some of the piers could be installed, so the concrete cut outs would be interior to the garage rather than the front porch or driveway, which ultimately maintains curb appeal/resale value of the house. Once the job started, Ben was onsite/accessible throughout the entire process. Oscar, the crew chief, was knowledgeable and arrived promptly to begin work each day. During the two days of foundation repairs on my home, there was not a single time I witnessed the construction crew slacking on the job - they worked diligently the entire time. They were conscientious in how they dug to ensure no damage to the sprinklers, and once the repairs were finished ensured all the sprinklers were working appropriately before they left. The entire crew was respectful, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning up once the work was complete. When fixing the cosmetic items, TFE ensured the mortar and caulk were as close to a match as possible. They did an exceptional job!
