That initial visit was the last I saw or heard from Brad or anyone associated with him..

He did state they were very busy, he could not start until mid or late May. At least he was honest in telling me how busy he was. He was going to drop by on his time and I wouldn't have to stay home. He was going to give an estimate via email. There weren't any emails from him or phone call with his estimate.

Brad brought a crew and went to work cleaning out our flower beds. They put all new mulch in and trimmed all of the bushes. They also mowed our yard. They did a fantastic job! We were very pleased. Brad recommended that the old soaker lines be replaced. We will have him do that at a later date.

Brad has a great crew. They worked very hard pulling up all of our old soaker hoses in our flower beds, and under our fruit trees. They also checked and reset all 16 sprinkler circuits, and mowed the yard. We could not be happier with Brad and his Crew. We will have him come back and put some new bushes in our flower beds.

Great job! He isolated and fixed the problem without any complications. He alerted me that my control box MAY go out in the future, but he didn't try to up-sell the job. He also set the timers on my control box. I was very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Brad and his team were wonderful - I have used him twice to take care of our yard. Very friendly, professional, trustworthy! I trust no one else concerning my yard needs! I have hired Brad and his company since 2012 and I called him in 2013 to do additional planting of trees and shrubs...My garden is just beautiful and so our my trees. The job was not performed as he did not answer any of our calls despite the fact that during his visit he agreed and scheduled our project to start on March 11th.

They did an excellent job. When he said he was going to be here, he was here. One day, he had an appointment and he was running 10 minutes late, he was on the phone to tell me that he would be 10 minutes late arriving. He came in, he did the work in a timely manner and on schedule. He did a great job and cleaned up after he did the work. He was very personable. He had great suggestions for us and did a fantastic job.

I almost hate to write a review, because this company is a hidden gem. Brad did a fantastic job getting my mom's 3/4 acre property back in shape. He changed to more efficient sprinkler heads to cover the brown spots on her lawn, he knew exactly what pest-control chems to use and how to apply them, and cut back overgrown areas in preparation for the Spring. Highly recommended!

Brad and his team were simply great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, and his prices were the best of those we considered. We had a pretty well-developed plan already that we simply wanted his team to install. He followed our plans and wishes exactly, but also provided insightful suggestions where we were undecided. He took care of several unanticipated issues that arose in the course of his team's work. For example, while regrading the yard, they found and repaired a buried drain that we'd been searching for and installed a pop-up emitter, as well as found and repaired a leaking irrigation pipe. His team addressed these issues without any extra charge, except for the parts. His team also went the extra mile to make a few changes after the fact, such as moving one part of the stone border after it had been mortared down. He walked us through the yard to answer a bunch of our questions and talk us through how to care for everything. All in all, we were VERY pleased with the end result. Our backyard used to be a frustrating eyesore, with many areas that were consistently muddy due to poor drainage, grass that struggled to grow, and poorly chosen plants. Now it's a beautiful, functional, low-maintenance space!

I had a slow leak in my watering system--so slow it didn't even register on the meter, but enough that it was creating a problem with soggy spots in the yard and with fungus on the grass. I called Brad to come check the system, and it took us a few days to find a date he wasn't scheduled AND when I would be at the house. I was totally surprised when he called to confirm he was on his way today, because it has not only been raining for hours, but it still is raining. He came, dug down into the front lawn, quickly found the problem and did the repair--all in the rain. He was so pleasant and professional, and the work came in at under what I was expecting (luckily he had the right part on the truck). Very pleased (again) with Legacy. Will call any time I have irrigation system issues.

He fixed a few sprinklers and then found a problem that he didn't have the equipment to complete the repair. He would have had to rent the equipment and his bid for the completion of the project was too high. However, he did arrive on time and he was professional.

When he arrived, he went straight to work. Not only did he provide me direction on how to use my system, he also provided me consultation on lawn and shrubbery. I am currently contemplating a water feature and additional landscaping. I plan on using his services further in the future. I would highly recommend his services.

Everything went very well. Brad came out to give us an estimate beforehand, which we considered very reasonable. He brought two men with him to do the work, and they worked one day for several hours and then came back to install the grass on another day. His original estimate included some fairly expensive spray heads; but once he got here and looked over everything, he decided that we didn't need those particular items. When all was said and done, he lowered the price from his original estimate substantially. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, which we really appreciated. We will definitely use him again and recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.

Brad and his team did an excellent job all the way around. He even took the extra time after the job to go over each plant and what we could expect and how to take care of them. He followed up a week later to ensure we were satisified with job him and his team did. I wouldn't hire anyone else but legacy landscape!!!

On time, thorough, and reasonably priced.

He was able to fit me in in just a few weeks. He came out, placed flags around the sunken parts of my lawn and then left. He assured me that when he had time he'd come out and fix the lawn as planned. He initially quoted me $350 for the job but then I asked him about mulch. For $200 more he'd mulch my trees with cedar as well as a Magnolia in the back yard. I thought the price was right. His guys scooped up the old sod, watered and then tamped down the soil. Then they re-sodded. The sod looked old and dead but Brad reassured me that if I watered it everyday it would come back. And indeed it did! I would recommend Legacy Landscaping to anyone. If you have a little-bitty job don't expect immediate results. They can't make a living from our tiny little jobs. But if you have patience, Brad's your guy.

Well, Brad is someone I identify with because he is detail oriented, very thoughtful of all contingencies, obviously expert in his field, and inordinately patient. He did not only a great job with the sprinkler system and the yard, but he was very accommodating to all of my ceaseless questions, and in addition followed up with his work by checking up on the yard. Great guy, great professional.

I got a quote and used Legacy Landscape & Irrigation. They were here this month. He brought me decomposed granite and spread it out. I think $450. That was landscaping. It was okay, it was very brief over the Internet. I measured the amount. I measured the area that I needed covered and sent it to them. It was all done on e-mail. And they came out and spread it. They were very polite, very nice, put things back where they had been after I asked them. It was basically bring me this, spread this out, they told me when I told them when I walked off the area it was this much by this much, they told me how much I need and how much it costs and then they brought it out a spread it.

Lagecy beat the competition by a few hundred dollars. Brad and his team showed up on time and got right to work. They were able to complete this large job in two days. That beat the competition as well. They met our expectations on the quality of work and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I felt very comfortable knowing that if something did not go like we expected it to, Brad would make if right - period. That is hard to find these days. I'm glad we used Legacy and will be calling them in the future for our landscaping needs. Thanks Brad for your hard work.

I e-mailed Brad with a request to get together for a landscape design and possible installation. He didn't respond to the first e-mail, so I tried again. He responded with a phone call. Our schedules couldn't match that week, and he said he would be unavailable he next, so he agreed to call me in a week-and-a-half to set up a meeting. In the meantime, he suggested I take photos and send them to him, along with a brief discussion of the issues I was facing. I did so. Well, the week in which he said he would call has come and gone, and I haven't heard from him. When we spoke, he said he was very busy. I can understand and work with busy contractors, but if he's too busy for me, he should have told me that at the outset instead of allowing me to waste two valuable spring weeks.
