All bed prep was done on Friday a week before job completion. There was a week's delay due to excessive rain over the following 3 days. Work was started both days at 0900 and proceeded as planned. Brad Nutt is a delightful person to work with. His standards met all that we expected. Our yard looks great. He is the only landscaper that really listened to us and gave us what we asked for. He is very knowledgeable and was able to handle all of our concerns. The experience with Legacy is one of the best we've had with a contractor. He has a permanent staff that works very hard to get the job done. When asked to redo the rock edging to change the rock placement the response was "I'll be here on Thursday to fix it." He will be coming back to do some tree trimming.

I am still deciding with company to use because we are just now sitting down to review the bids. They were polite and nice, and they were prompt about giving me a bid.

Brad was professional and had good suggestions. He and his crew were prompt and courteous. The materials, soil and sand were good quality.

Brad was prompt and responsive from the very first call. He spent the time necessary to understand our expectations. He came back with a design that was perfect for our requirements. He dealt with every challenge -- leaking pool next door, drainage problems in our yard, overgrown shrubbery, etc. Brad turned our landscape into a masterpiece. We will recommend Legacy to family and friends.

They are reasonable. I don't remember the price. I wasn't offended by the pricing or anything. It's who I think they are. They seem to know what they are doing. They came out and did what they needed to do and got it done in one trip which I appreciate. It was a good experience. I would use them again in the future.

I was expecting to use the standard concrete keystone blocks, but Dallas (yes, that's his real name) recommended sandstone blocks set in concrete, for the same price. The Longhorn men got the old wall torn out and hauled away, and the new one installed in one day. It looks great (although my neighbor gets more of the visual benefit than I do). John worked on my sprinkler system, replacing a valve, adjusting numerous heads, and installing a new master shutoff valve. Everything works properly now.

Very well, they came out ahead of time to look at the system and attempt to give an estimate, however they were very clear to me about the difficulties with giving an accurate estimate because of the condition of the system. Once they get involved in the work they communicated with me as they found problems and fixed it in an amount close to their original estimation on the work based on initial observations.

Circumstances are changing?so fast. When I heard about Brad again he was already here - Legacy Landscape & Irrigation. I was happy with his work done before - wonderful hardscaping layout, tough yet colorful native Northern Texas trees, shrubs and flowers?everything reminds me that he is a good landscaper. I believe Brad is a good irrigator too. Back to the days when he and his crew were working on my landscaping project, one day he looked at the master valve of my newly installed sprinkler system and commented "this can't pass the city's inspection". My sprinkler system was done by another licensed irrigator, Israel Solis. Starting from the city's inspection, I realized many things Israel should have done; instead, I learned how to adjust spray heads and check filters from the conversations with Brad. Actually Brad was one of the bidders for my sprinkler system project. Why I choose a horrible sprinkler guy over Brad? Because I nevered used Brad before, because Israel was introduced by a friend's friend, and because I didn't know people's reviews in Angie's List are really serious! I will personally recommend Brad should you be interested in his services. Hope he continues to demonstrate his ethics, energy and excellence in his new entrepreneurship venture!
