Really nice guy. Not quite finished but all seems good. .......UPDATE.........Mr. Farrell was hired by the contractor. The system itself looked great, as it should have since it was Brand New, however, no Filters were installed in the UNIT. I rated his service before being allowed to fully test the system, because of some "cosmetic issues," that, "would be completed ASAP." The "cosmetic" issues were the TWO oversized large holes in the sheetrock where two "Return Air Vents" were supposed to be completed with grates and filters. After the contractor was fired, I was informed Mr. Farrell should have completed the installation of the grates and filter(s). I called him and he agreed the installation should have included return air grates and some kind of filter. About this time, I looked in the return (holes in the wall) and discovered the contractor had used the A/C without ANY filters, and cut sheetrock and ALL of the baseboards directly in front of the return air holes, filling the new A/C coils and New Duct Work with dust and debris. Black soot-like dust covered all the new ceilings and vents. So I call Mr. Farrel and he agreed the grates and filter(s) installation was a part of the original contract, he further stated he would be out within the week to install the grates and filter(s). The next day I call per his request to give him the opening measurements and he did not answer anymore of my calls, nor did he respond to the messages I left for him. He Never Completed the $5,100.00 job and because he didn't install Any Filter or "Disconnect The Unit" until fully functional I spent weeks trying to clean, clear, vacuum and wash out the coils. Then I had to figure out how to frame, install sheetrock, tape and bed, texture, paint and then install new grates and pre-filters.

He's good.

I called bobby a few months ago for a estimate on a new a/c. He came out and checked over my indoor and out door units. Then called me back a few days later with a few options. I had a few estimates by then and he was way lower than anyone I had talked to. He came out last Friday with 2 other employees and they worked for about 3 hours. I'm highly impressed with them and will use them for any future service or repairs. My A/C is running perfect now, Much better than before!

It went wonderfully. They were courteous and friendly and fast. They came out in about 30 minutes. They brought everything they needed to fix it. It was done on a really timely basis. I thought it was very professional service.

I use them for all of my maintenance since they installed all of the equipment for the contractor who was building my home a few years back. It has always worked fine. They did a thorough inspection and found no trouble.
