They were real prompt on going out to get us a bid. They explained ways for us to save money in getting the tab taken care of, what we thought would be a small job turned into a big one. They did the work for less money and did it very quickly. We didn't have to wait for them. I will probably use them in place of another electrician I've been using because it's harder to get them.

Excellent response. Ernie scheduled the initial visit the day after I called him. He arrived at the scheduled time. He spent significant extra time "priming the pool pump" so it would circulate water thru the pool. He then checked the amperage load with each pump and the spa areator separately and with both pumps and the areator running simultaneously. He found that with all devices running at the same time required 19 amps and the breaker was rated only 20 amps. This could see the breaker thrown if the timing of events happened in in a certain sequence, especially when starting devices or in cold weather. The existing wiring gauge can only handle 20 amps so the only fix to my problem is to replace it with a larger size wire that will handle 30 amps and replace the 20 amp breaker with a 30 amp breaker. He provided an estimate for that task that was very reasonable. All in all, he was very helpful and understanding especially in consideration of the extra unanticipated work he had to do to get the water circulating so he could diagnose the problem.

Ernie and his assistance showed up and immediately got to work. I knew that there was no way that my list would be completely knocked out in a single afternoon, but Ernie communicated with me to make sure that I got the most important things done. He got three of the ceiling fans up, as well as two of the dimmer switches in the time. It was definitely a great value and afterward we discussed some of my next ideas for work around the house, so I am already looking at having him back out. He was very thorough, and did go over the 4 hours to make sure that what he did was put up correctly. I will not hesitate to refer others to him in the future and to use him on the remainder of my list.

I called Mr. Register on a Friday and he scheduled our job for Monday. Billy and Josh (both former military) were the electricians who were on our job and we cannot praise them enough. The service provider arrived on time, was professionally dressed and polite. He was very nice. He went in back and replaced, rewired the outlet on the outside of the back of the house. He then examined the doorbell to see why it wasn't working. I thought it was all wired into the house's electric, but part of it was battery and part of it was on the house's electric. He advised replacing a battery to see if that worked. If not I was to contact them again. I bought a special battery at a Battery's and Bulbs store and it works again.

Josh and Billy were very professional. They made a suggestion on where to place the outlet where it would look best, even though the place they recommended was a much more difficult area for them to work. They did a careful and precise job taking out the tile for the installation of the plug box. The work was neat and when they finished, it did not look like any tile had been removed or any work had been performed. I was very impressed with the job and will use this company again when I have electrical work.
