+ -1 moreMarvelously well! These guys are great! David and David and John efficient, professional and personable. Solved my problem, and left the area as tidy as when they started. My new York system comes with 10 year parts warranty when installing a matched system, provided by York (manufacturer). My new system is so quiet! Not to provide over-expectation but my old system sounded like I was living on the flight line, the new one is like living in the library! David has been my AC "go to" person for years, and had previously indicated that old system was aging out of life expectancy. It finally did so I had advance warning. Experts in my mind!
Description of Work: "Ancient" HVAC system replaced, though they helped me keep it going through recent cold snap when it falteredwith interim parts replacement. Parts cost what parts do to install, but they were able to respond quickly to my call, only one evening down, and I did not have to move to hotel.

+ -1 moreI’ve been with them for about 30 years. They are an A, number 1 company. If they’ll tell you they’ll be here, they’ll be here. If they’ll tell you they’ll perform such a service, that’s what they’ll do. As far as my bill for today, they’ll send it to me in the mail.
Description of Work: I use Canard’s Benbrook as my air conditioning people. They come twice a year, to test the air conditioning and turn on the heat. They were just here this morning to check the unit for winter.
