Description of Work: They came and cleaned the tile and grout in a newly purchased home. Even the detail works of the decorative tiles was hand picked with a tiny tool. We knew the grout was really dirty because you could see where the frig had been. That grout was tan. The rest was black. Once they cleaned the grout they found a repair job around several tiles. That grout had actually been replaced with black grout to match the rest of the kitchen! They repaired dall of the grout with a 15 year epoxy so now it all matches. It looks amazing.

+ -1 moreI estimated the date and amount spent because it has been over a year and I don't remember exactly, but I do remember how pleased I was with their work. There was no "lag" time. They came to work, and started immediately and didn't stop until they were through. And the work was perfect - clean and accurate. I don't recommend many people, but these people deserve one.
Description of Work: They came to the house, made an exact estimate of price, gave me a date, came on time and did an excellent job. I have an old house with old tile and they were very careful.

+ -1 moreThey are a husband and wife team who had relocated to east Texas from the Dallas area after having been a franchise owner with The Grout Doctor. I do not recall how many years they have performed this service, but it was for many years. Very pleasant Christian couple. Very helpful in pointing out mistakes with original installers, which I knew but didn't realize all the errors. Gave me pointers on how to properly clean and take care of our tile (as we are first time tile floor owners). I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Grouted some replacement new tile; cleaned existing tile grout, changed grout color w/stain that included a 15 year sealant.
