They came earlier than expected and we’re done extremely quickly. Fair price and professional, explained what would be needed and what wasn’t needed. Also found an issue with the sink I didn’t know about. Would hire Ryan and Alex again for sure.

Poor communication. Fixtures to be replaced were handheld shower heads. They asked me about what type of stopper I wanted but not shower head. Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you.

This company is a joke! I had a simple drain clog and he charged me 150 to unclog drain and then another $50.00 to go 9n the roof to drain up top. After all that he said it needed to be jetted . He stated they have the equipment but didn't even have it on the truck with him. Another case of supposed licenced professional who didn't bring all his tools to the job. You should be prepared for all situations. This guy was inexperienced and definitely would not recommend this company. $200 down the drain and still have a **** clog. Stay farrrrr away from these people. They will do a terrible job and run off with your money

They responded prior to two other companies and set an appointment to identify issue. Technician (Garrett) was very professional. He identified issue. Part came in within a week and they immediately installed. Corrected problem at once. Explained all details very well. Great job!
