Great Service. Really nice and friendly. We are still using his services on a quarterly basis.

It is they DIDN'T do. I have used this company for a year and it has been a series of errors, miscommunications, and unresponsiveness; they are the MOST DISORGANIZED business I have ever known. Their office staff is NOT helpful and no one seems to know anything...I have questioned service I was charged for (my gate was locked, how they did the work is impossible) and they will hound you for payment but not for help needed. I would NOT recommend this business; a lot of lip service and lack of follow through.

Not happy with this company at all had the termite service with them for several years. I had my yard landscaped and remodel my home. The stations were removed from around my home but never replaced. I asked about it every time they came to spray my home every 3 months and the response was next time they would bring the new stations. This lasted a whole year. Then they billed me for the year and I complained they neve performed the service so the manager in Belton came out and agreed but still wanted to cbarge me a service that was not performed so I cancelled their service! I would not recommend them at all they go through staff😟

Although we have had minor scheduling issues, the work has been superb! We highly recommend them.

The employee (s) were very polite and responsive to customer service. Definitely satisfied with the service. I was totally informed of the process in advance, as well as during the actual service being rendered.

I haven't had any problems with them.
