The system installed broke within weeks and the installer is non responsive. $12000 wasted.

I have hired this company once before and they were extremely responsive and professional although they didn't completely fix the problem with my LG dryer which continued making squealing noises after they replaced the belt and the rollers. However, the second time I called to have my LG dryer repaired (and possibly change the idler pulley), the repairman never showed up for our scheduled appointment (sometime after 1330 hrs). I totally understand that fixing ACs in the Texas Summer heat takes priority over fixing an appliance but the fact that I never received a call or a text informing me that they had to cancel or reschedule our appointment is not acceptable. I called the two business phones and left messages and texted but never received a response of any kind to inform me they weren't going to make our appointment. I waited all evening for them to call or show up, but they never did. Clearly this business does not value a customer's time. I will definitely not hire them again.

It went very well. Eric is a true down to earth professional. I rated Good only because it was a bit difficult to connect on several occasions. It's listed as 24/7 hr. services, but it takes a while to make connections. Other than that, it's a very reputable business.

i called them and they came out the same day to do an estimate without charging me and after getting the quote they put in the unit the same evening. their estimate was $1000 cheaper than the competitor. The guy who owns the business came out and did the work as well. I was extremely happy with them. Also they offered 2 yr parts and labor warranty as opposed to 1 yr by the competitor. I would definitely use stillhouse again. The ac works well now but it has only been two days. If there are any problems in the future then i will update this post.
