About us

Retired Military 1991-2011 Insured, Bonded, References. Construction Experience: 1977 - Present Sole-proprietor: Providing handyman services, rough and finish carpenter, painting, flooring, remodeling, new construction, porches, decks, residential and commercial work. I do my best to take care of customers as each customer is equally important to me. I enjoy helping others make their dreams a reality. I get very busy at times. Please do not take it personally if I do not get back with an estimate right away. I welcome any follow up calls from customers. I try my best to follow up with all my customers. As you can seen from my reviews I have done a decent job of taking care of most of my customers, yet not as good I am striving to do. Those customers that I had disappointed I do appreciate their reviews because it helps me to be a better businessman. I look back upon my mistakes and I learn from them so that I can sharpen my skills and be better. I am still streamlining my business so that I will have an A+ rating in the future. Right now I am a one man shop with a part time helper. In the future I want to hire more people and have my business be the one that you look to for your needs. God Bless! I am very happy that the customers are pleased with my work. It was an interesting job. I had installed a new stainless steel vented hood in the kitchen on a ceramic tile wall. I had to run the vent pipe through the ceiling and roof.

The customer said he had a problem doing a proper review for some reason. The work was performed. I had to fabricate 5 shelves for the customer using Blonde plywood, paint them white and modify the supports. Customer was happy with the finished product.

Miscellaneous jobs from custom built oak medicine cabinet with mirrors on doors and glass shelving, cathedral ceiling repair, monteray drag texturing and painting, trim work, attic stair installation, assisted customer and his son in building a kit shed with improved structure, etc. Nice customer to work for and with!

The actual cost was $140. Not $1400. This was an interesting job. Working in a garage attic. Temperature in attic 150 degrees. I cut 4' x 8' x 1/2" OSB into 24" x 8' pieces to carry up the attic folding stairs. OSB installed using Primegard deck screws, which allowed for floor storage, and also a platform to support ladder. Installed framing for attic vent fan, and fan. Customer's husband assisted me with moving boards to attic. This was a fun job. Both Mr. [Member Name Removed] and myself are retired Army. Basically it was a fun project. Getting the job done and having a good conversation at the same time. Good lemonade provided by the customer. Very nice people!
