I would like to give a "BIG FAT " 5 Star 🌟 🤩 And 10 TO Amanda at Fix It Services...She is AMAZING 👏 very helpful patient and provides outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. She went above and beyond in regards to resolving my issues. She Definitely deserves 👏 a raise. I truly hope 🙏 her employer sees 👀 this review. She returned all my calls in a timely manner. Now as for the installation review of my hot water heater....they will be out tomorrow to install it. I will follow-up on that review once it has been installed. As for AMANDA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PROWESS...IT WAS IMPECCABLE!!!!

This company was sent out by our home warranty provider- We had a gas leak from an old T-valve that was still in one of our bedrooms. We also had an issue with the water from our washing machine was backing up into the kitchen sink. The gentlemen that came out provided excellent customer service and repair. Fast response, professional, courteous, informative, fair pricing. Willing to travel to Waco to help with our needs. We will definitely choose this company for any future needs, with or without warranty coverage.
