Ramm's Electrical Services

I scheduled an appointment for Mr. Ramm to come out, but the morning of the original day, I had to cancel. He was very understanding. I sent him a text this morning asking if he would be able to fit me in today or tomorrow and he told me that he would see what he would be able to do. He was able to fit me into his schedule. He informed me of the cost of a specific item before it was purchased in case I did not want to pay the price. I agreed to the price and he let me know that he was on his way. He showed up promptly and repaired/replaced the items. He is very courteous and professional. He is my go-to electrician. I am pleased with the job that he has done.

On the day of the install, I had to work and Mr. Ramm arrived to my home while I was at work. This had been discussed on a previous occasion when Mr. Ramm came over to give me the quote. Mr. Ramm was very friendly and professional on both occasions. He explained what he would be doing and made sure that it was okay for him to arrive at the home while I was not there for him to begin the job. Things went extremely well. I have had no problems with the installation and I look forward to using his company again on other jobs that I might have.
