This was a rain water tank and down spout install project. The project was rushed. Thereâ s a lot of leaks. Two bulkhead fittings were installed backwards. He hassled me to pay for all the work before the job quality could be inspected. He and his crew were unprofessional, did shoddy work, and left the job site a mess. I have reached out to attempt to get him to repair the work and he ghosted me.

The service I received cost too much and the job was not done properly also the pro left behind sprinkler water head parts all over the yard, very disappointed, tried to get in touch with someone a few times, left messages. No return call.

Hugo came out with his team did an assessment in two days got us back our quote and came out the next day to install our sprinkler system. He was punctual, thorough and very detailed. His team took careful care of our grass and made sure not to dig more than needed. Pricing, customer service and professional all in a days work! Very quickly and I had no issues with my sprinkler system

Quick and efficient repair. They tested the sprinkler system after repairing the broken pipe. Payment method is very out of date. We had to give our credit card information over the phone to the office. Overall would recommend for speedy response and service.
