This was 1 of the easiest and smoothest plumbing operations I have ever seen. I was very impressed with these guys and will definitely recommend them to others.

They identified the problems and called back with an estimate and were here the next day. Very polite.

No services were performed. The owner was busy with a remodeling in Belton. He was nice enough to refer us to another plumbing service. Unfortunately, the second plumbing service that he recommended was terrible. They no showed the appointment and didn't call. We ended up using Garner Plumbing. They were fast, reasonably priced and did great work! Use Garner Plumbing if you need an emergency water heater repair.

I woke up at 5 am to find that my bathrom floor was soaking wet. I realized that the hot water heater had leaked into the bathroom. At 8:30 am I call Precise Plumbing and by 10:00am the were at my house to repair the problem. They had to turn off the water to the house because I did not have a cut off on the heaert, they had to scrap the drain plug free of junk so they could put a hose on it to drain the heater. They removed the damaged heater, replaced it with a larger heater, and redid all the pipes. No only did they install a drain pan under the hot water heater and put a cut off valve in front of the heater so I could shut it off it necessary, they added a drain under the house. The time and effort they put into the job was well worth the cost of the new heater. They help me dry off the carpeting in the bathroom and cleaned up the mess in the laundry room. I was very greatful to the way they handled the problem, their willingness to come out so quickly, and the curtiousy they showed for myself and my home.

They were reasonable, professional, and prompt, and they accomodated my schedule.

I called other plumbers but they couldn't come until the next day. I called James about 10:30 and he said he could come the same afternoon and he would call first. He called about 2:45 pm and was at my door by 3 pm. He solved the problem right away. Then I remembered another problem with that toilet - flushing itself twice every time you push the handle down. What a waste of water. I'd been living with that toilet flushing itself twice for many months and it was irritating. James knew what the problem was and corrected it. I also had him give me an estimate for some work to be done later inthe kitchen. He and his helper are very nice, courteous, clean and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone and will call Precise Plumbng again, for sure.

He replaced the washers and replaced some other parts that the previous company did not do. It was rusted out and backed up. He told me that the previous company had basically done nothing with the tub faucets. He also unclogged the bathroom sink. He is about as professional as you can get. He is also very courteous and prompt.
