PEREZ LAWN CARE

Lawn was mowed and edged without problems, but flower beds were butchered. Cut through my dawn to dusk electric timer. Cut my plants back to nothing including the knock-out roses. Did not pull weeds from beds just cut them down with hedge trimmers. They are fine for mowing a lawn, but don't let them tough your flower beds.

Mr. Perez is in too much of a hurry. He has broken several irrigation bubblers over my 2 year experience with him, and he never makes me aware of it. When I've confronted him, he says not to worry about it...he'll fix it. I don't call a lawn-care company to work on my irrigation system....so therefore I call my sprinkler guy and deduct the amount of the bill from my next payment. Mr. Perez has worked many months for free. When he re-worked the flower bed, he cut drip hoses, cut back roses to the ground, didn't extract grass in the bed and in general left the bed in worse condition than when he started. My irrigation hoses were left not hooked up, and because he doesn't take care mowing around the beds, (in too much of a hurry), the beds are once again full of grass from the clippings his mower throws out. He my be okay if you have just a normal lawn, but if you have flower beds, an irrigation system, or, anything else that gets in his way, you'll probably have problems.
