The owner came out, measured and gave us an estimate. She is very professional and brought samples of Silestone with her. Though the Silestone was nice we were really looking for granite. They do not carry or work with granite. Even tough she was very through and very nice, and priced competitively, we ultimately decided to go with a company that could do granite for us.

In Nov 2015, my wife and I decided to remodel and enlarge the kitchen in our home. We found Kitchen Encounters listed on Angie's List, and decided to give them a visit. We met both Sirinat and Pam in their showroom, and we were very pleased by their friendly and professional approach, which made us feel comfortable. We met Cherie later, and it has been a most pleasant experience working with all of the team to get our new kitchen project finished. The end result is terrific! Initially, Sirinat came to our home and we discussed the work I had in progress to enlarge the footprint of our kitchen. She proceeded to help us formulate a plan to maximize space and utility by doing a CAD layout for the kitchen design. She showed us various cabinet styles and countertops, including both granite and quartz surfaces, and prepared several cost estimates so we could have choices. We made our selections, and she and her team proceeded to order, receive, deliver, and install. Along the way, we were always in the communications loop, and kept informed. I am happy to say there were no "surprises" or "glitches" along the way. On the one time my wife and I changed our minds about the backsplash tile we had ordered, Cherie worked with us to reorder another product, and arrange for it to be delivered so scheduled installation would not be delayed. We really appreciated that extra service. In short, we cannot praise Kitchen Encounters enough. They did an outstanding job for us, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking a quality company.

Did not contact me on several occasions after being told she would either call, come, or email me. Did not provide an accurate estimate. I recieved an "it will cost about $10,000 or about $8K." Didn't listen when I stated I wanted shaker style, white, plywood boxes. On the last contact she said, I could go "visit the shop and pick out the style, and color" After 24 days from 1st contact, still did not have an estimate.

Mrs. Sirinat Massey, the Owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. From our initial visit (We were a walk-in) set up a day to come to our home to measure and give us an estimate for kitchen cabinets, countertops, and an Island. Sirinat was very engaged and always available when we had questions through out the re-build. Her Crew, the two brothers, did an excellent job installing the new cabinets and cleaned up at the end of each day. All in all, the whole process was painless and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Kitchen Encounters with confidence and pride.

Great working with the owner!! Fantastic communication throughout the entire process. A wonderful business with much knowledge and expertise. I read previous customer reviews on Angie's list which steered me towards Kitchen Encounters. They do the job right and aim to please their customers with promptness and exceptional workmanship. It was the right decision to use Kitchen Encounters for the job!! I'm VERY pleased with the work and the beautiful new kitchen countertops and sink. Truly a wonderful experience. I would definitely use them again.

We eventually went with another estimate that was lower and could do the granite that Kitchen Encounters could not (they had quarts). I would highly recommend them to others.

While we were warned ahead of time on the timeline, going without a kitchen was a very trying time. However the outcome was well worth the time needed. Sirinat was very courteous and responded quickly to any inquiries we had about any part of the process before as well as during with any questions or worries we had. She was quick to come by the same day, if we had a concern about a process. By far the best contractor experience I have ever had and I would recommend Sirinat and her company to anyone. We kind of knew what we wanted for a kitchen concept, but Sirinat was brilliant in her design ideas and we got exactly what we were looking for. We have now had the cabinets going on 22 months and many doors and drawers are showing abnormally fast wear, especially on the joint of the doors. The Cabinet Company Brandom changed over to Wisenbaker and they are not willing to honor the warranty on the defective areas, stating wear and tear. Wear and Tear on 22 month (16 months when we started this process) old cabinets? Ridiculous. I spent alot of money to get my forever kitchen, and I did not get what I spent, money wise. I will be filing a BBB report on Wisenbaker as well as reporting to the State. A sub-par company like Wisenbaker should not be allowed to do business in our state.

Went in looked at a couple of different kind of woods and styles the had a great selection to choose from finally found the one we liked and had in ready to pick up in two weeks

Sirinat has done stone counters for me twice before with her old company, so I knew she was trustworthy. What a transformation! Old pink counters gone and granite-look counters in. The installation technician, Ray, did a perfect job. I couldn't be more pleased. Sirinat came right out and measured, scheduled the work in a timely manner and scheduled the plumber. Ray arrived right on time. I couldn't be more pleased. Since Kitchen Encounters does not do tile back splashes, we are having that done this week. Can't wait to see how gorgeous that will look!

Sirinat and Mike, owners of Kitchen Encounters, were just phenomenal with their service from the very beginning of our house building experience! My husband and I first met with them at their shop in February of 2012, 4 months before construction began. We received undivided attention and great personal service. They showed us tons of options and discussed the differences in each choice. They loaned us catalogues and encouraged us to look around. They advised us where to look for granite and hardware. They also advised on appliances and what would fit our rustic style the best. Our kitchen had an odd shape, so Sirinat would email me computer generated pictures of the kitchen so I could visualize the whole thing. She very patiently made changes with me to make sure that everything would fit properly. There was never an "out for the money" feeling ever conveyed. Sirinat and I spoke by phone and texted quite often. She was always available to answer multitudes of questions from me. She came out to the building site 4 or 5 times during the building process. Mike came as well for the most crucial time of measuring. When the cabinets were installed, Sirinat was incredible about calling to ensure that all was going well. There were extra challenges for the installer who spent quite a long time making sure that everything was secure and straight. Sirinat came out right after the installation and discovered a number of things that needed correction, including putting a panel over top of the refrigerator to hide the bottom of the cabinet. Most impressive is that they gave us one price before we ordered and they did not waiver from it, even though our build lasted more than 10 months. Sirinat, Mike and all their employees did an outstanding job and we highly recommend Kitchen Encounters!!!

I had seen the store several times as we passed by going through Belton, so we stopped by to take a look at their countertops and pricing one evening. A very friendly, courteous young lady, by the name of Sirinat Massey, greeted us and answered all our questions When we asked her "about" how much she thought it would cost us to have what we wanted. She, of course, told us that she couldn't say absolutely until she came out to our house to measure and see what we have, but she thought it would probably be around $900 (that was without a beveled edge). We were elated that we had #1 finally found what we were wanting and #2 it was going to be within our budget constraints, after talking to countless other companies/professionals and getting so many estimates (to include Lowes). She made an appointment to come out the very next work day to measure and give us a definite estimate, showed up for it on time, and explained exactly what she could do for the estimate she was about to give us. She went back to her shop to get the estimate ready and texted it to us the same day. We had decided to get a custom, beveled edge, added on so the estimate was $200 more than what she had quoted us in the shop - $1,100. We also decided to have our little window bar covered, so she just added another $100. We, of course, accepted her quote right away, she had a very friendly, professional, sub-contractor come out to do the job (Ray) and he was very neat, friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job. My kitchen looks brand spankin new and we've never been happier with any repair/service contract job in our lives! Would highly recommend this company to anyone and would be happy--it's great!

Perfect job that was performed on time and on budget.

We went to their showroom and took home some samples. Mrs. Massey came to our house to give us recommendations and take measurements for an estimate. Once we received quote and agreed on the work, installation was scheduled 2 weeks later. Old counters were removed on Monday, granite was installed on Tuesday, and plumber came Wednesday to hook sink and faucet back up.

They are very personable. They work with you on an individual basis to make sure that you are happy with what you are getting. They give you a lot of different options. They work with you to get the best prices from their distributors. They are finished with the work, but we have enjoyed our experience so far.
