Description of Work: In order of completion. Gravel and weed barrier on one side. Excellent. Build rock bench on pool patio. Excellent. Remove portion of sidewalk and cement pad. Excellent. Extend existing rock wall in manner close to original. Fair - cement work left residue in top row of bricks. Add two tree wells. Excellent. Pour new cement pad and surface in manner similar to driveway. Poor - excellent work until pressure washer failed, a wash with muriatic acid 6 months later, and it still is not right (I quit trying to get them to get it right). Create stone steps. Fair - took six months for them to fix a step that was holding water. Add topsoil to adjust drainage and re-sod back yard. Poor - sodding went well until it became apparent after the first rain that the added topsoil underneath made the whole yard mushy and it took six months for them to address the low spots ( at this time, I still am not sure if they have been raised enough). Overall - when they worked, they did an excellent job; but is was h*** trying to get them back out to clean up the details.

Description of Work: They did a backflow test and checked and fixed all sprinkler heads. The guy that came out was on time and thorough.

Description of Work: The young man who came to the house has been here a number of times. Each time he comes he does an excellent job. He is a very hard worker.

Description of Work: Heart of Texas installed a sprinkler system in my front yard and delivered 11 pallets of Bermuda grass.

Description of Work: I had a lawn irrigation system installed. The workers came prepared, friendly and ready to do the work. They did an excellent job and were ready to make adjustments to their original plan as needed. The irrigation system was installed in the front, sides and back yard. They have also had to come and do a small repair to the system from a small leak. They came quickly and performed the necessary work. All was covered under warranty...no questions asked.

Description of Work: completion date of our new home was 5/30/2011.Of course we were excited to have built our dream home and are very proud of the results-- with only this sour ongoing experience. we hired Heart of Texas Landscapeing of Belton,Texas to do our additional landscapeing. The additional landscapeing and bed borders......5,000.... Accepted the work but was a bit dissappointed that the shrubs and trees planted were quite a bit smaller than we had antisipated... and could be due to product availability The water feature is the really big dissapointment.Costing a bit over $14,000. The water feature was not as big as discribed.... but acceptable water feature was not as intricate as discribed with a split stream and a trickle path, descending from the high point and swirling around the back of the base to rejoin the stream in the front ...we got one stairstep set of falls coming down the center of the feature..... this was a big dissapointment. we conveyed our ideas to Chris. who understood nd sent a crew to do the work. Chris was not there enough to even project our mutual ideas to the crew. they just did their own thing. It took no time to realize the fountain was useing a lot of water in a 24 hour period. , DAILY I ran the garden hose for 75 to 90 minutes to keep it full. we noticed that water was being pumped to the top of the fountain as iat should.. but was spilling over the sides on the way down...as it should not. we contacted Heart of Texas They sent someone who said it was operator error...fill with water and plug it in..DUH a crew was to come and work on the problemover 30 days ago No crew showed up called again and Chris was very agreeable and promised to come out that day. We agreed that it would take several trips to monitor and repair the problem and to check to be sure it was operating as it should. I felt like we were on the same page and would get results,now 2 weeks later... no crew.... I am stuck looking at a mound or dirt that we paid $14,000 for. I wanted the fountain 100% operational in a timely manner ot have it removed and my money refunded. A timely manner is WAY past and now only want it removed and money refunded and yard and irrigation adjusted in the area to work properly as if water feature nightmare was never there.

Description of Work: I used the service of Heart of Texas Landscape & Irrigation Co Inc to service my sprinklers a few months ago. They fixed the irrigation and put in a new timer.
