The driveway has about 15 or more cracks some all the way across pad. Mitch said he would replace but when I call he doesn't give me a time frame or tentative date. It's been a year now and still no closure on this project.

They were extremely professional, good contact throughout the process and exemplary work! We are so pleased with their work we are using them to remodel our kitchen and bath.

I am extremely pleased with Double T! Candace called me the next business day to schedule a time to come measure and they were extremely understanding that I am out of state and have a property manager and tenants to go through. They were in contact with me every step of the way! Scott called when he was done and promised the quote by the next day and I received a very detailed quote! I cannot wait to finish this project among others with them!

The initial meeting was great and interactions were very professional. I was promised the estimate the following day. Five days later the provider said the estimate was ready. At that time I mentioned a change in the proposed plan. The estimator said he would get me a new estimate in a day or two. About four more days passed and I called the office speaking to the receptionist. She mentioned the boss man had to approve any estimates and the papers were in his box. Another week passed when I finally spoke to the estimator on a Thursday; I was asking when they could start and told to call back on Monday when the drywall team's availability would be known. I waited about five more days and e-mailed the estimator. A response was never given. The final week I called every day to leave a message and was told every time that he had just stepped out. I gave these guys a month. None of the final week calls were returned. At the one month mark, I finally got an e-mail from the estimator waiting to see if I would sign a contract to begin work, they had been waiting for me! Finally, I e-mailed the estimator explaining the reason for deciding not to use the provider outlining poor communication and organizational problems (waiting on the boss' approval was given as reason for much of the delay) leaving a question about work quality. Moral of the story: Don't pay for a quote. If they want your business and are in good standing, they will give a bid without asking for money up front. Our recent roof replacement was considerably more expensive and they provided a bid and walked the roof with the insurance estimator without asking for a dime. Communication is part of professionalism, responsiveness, and the job. If an organization cannot step up to the task of returning calls and e-mails, they do not respect you as a future client and don't deserve your business. Please remove this provider from Angie's List as the quality is too poor to merit credible recommendation from anyone.

Needed to get the bathroom done asap, but Double T was booked out pretty far, so they couldn't.

Went smoothly. True professionals.

Everything went very smoothly. The complete project took approximately 2 weeks. Scott Bingham was our contact for Double T. We are very pleased with the end results. They kept the construction area clean with minimal debris. They sealed off the area with plastic wall curtains to contain the dust, etc. We get many compliments on our kitchen. It is a pleasure to utilize this room!!! I have and still recommend Double T any time someone inquires.

I called and someone answered the phone after several rings. I told her I wanted to speak with Mitchell Thompson, the contact listed on Angie's List, and she hung up on me. This was very rude and unprofessional and I was not impressed.

Had to remove tile and vanity because it got wet and warped. Received recommendation from my brother-in-law so called and received an estimate. Very competitive price so I hired them. I am very happy with the quality of work. Took quite a bit longer than was initially told. Was told the work would start a month from payment (Nov. 11th, 2008) and would take at most a week. Work was completed and final payment made on Feb. 10th 2009. I am very happy with the work, but the bathroom that was having the work done on it was one of two bathrooms in the house and the only bathtub in the house so it did become very frustrating with the length of time that it took for the job to be completed. I will give them credit, they never hid from me or did not return my calls. They always let me know what their plan was when I asked.
