the company has a great deal of knowledge about the proper way to handle their equipment so that diseases are not spread from one tree to another. .Best of all the yard, looked wonderful at the end. All the debris was removed and the yard was raked .

He is a lot cheaper than the other people that come by. They did the job and did really good. I have used him before. They are trust worthy. His price is reasonable. He is a hard worker. I would use him again.

They showed up promptly as scheduled, had proper safety gear and went straight to work after to listening to my concerns and answered all my questions. After grinding was done they cleaned up as if they had never been there,excellent...this provider had a much smaller grinding machine than the original service provider but took care in what they were doing.

F antastic! Can't say enough good things here. He has trimmed, pruned and removed trees for at least 1/2 dozen of my neighbors on Marlandwood Circle. I kept seeing his signs on my neighbors yards and talked to one of them that was very happy with his work. Andrew first came to my home several months ago when I saw a "20% off tree work" coupon in a local flyer and his signs around my neighborhood. I have a large Oak tree in my backyard with A LOT of deadwood that keeps getting lower and lower over deck, house, power line, etc year after year. Initially I declined his services after his estimate as my husband and I felt we could remove the immediate low hanging dead limbs on our own (which we did). That is not a reflection on the quality of work or price estimate of Andrew, we just wanted to save some money. However, I asked him to subsequently come back for a second look at removing a dead limb with many large runners that had sagged sufficiently over and onto the 220V power line coming to my house. It was also dragging down the cable line. On a second look he gave me an estimate I felt that was very reasonable and we agreed. I had to coordinate with the utility company to get to my house to disconnect (and reconnect) the line so Andrew could do the work. NO SMALL TASK!!! However, again, Andrew was very flexible and waited until I had it squared away with the utility company. Andrew and I played phone tag but eventually settled on a date (8/8/13) yesterday. He worked around the utility tech's schedule and arrived 45 minutes prior so he would be all set to go once the power line was safely disconnected. This saved me money with the utility company because they charge for truck time and tech time, plus parts. The utility tech was 35 minutes late - argh!! - but Andrew was awesome and patiently waited. He got all his ropes up and gear laid out, equipment too. While waiting, he suggested I again consider removing more deadwood and quoted me a higher price for everything plus the 20%. Initially I declined because I really only wanted the dead limbs off the power line. He also educated me on oak wilt, use of chemicals on fresh cuts and some general tree care. When the utility tech finally arrived and disconnected the cable in about 5 minutes, Andrew was prepared to go straight to work. This really did save me quite a bit of money. I think the utility tech was impressed too and he got out his telescoping pole to help pull down the third wire to help Andrew because some small branches were caught. *******Wow!!!!!******* Once Andrew got going I immediately called my husband and told him we needed to do the rest of the dead limbs too!! Andrew was really excellent. I did not know what to expect, but I was very impressed with his safety precautions, knowledge, and workmanship. Andrew is very professional in his work. This young man knows what he is doing. Thursday he brought one of his crew members, AJ, to assist and they worked together as a great team. Friday he came back to finish the work since he had other appointments already scheduled on Thursday. He arrived promptly in the morning and finished up the job. He cut an additional dead limb off one of the trees in my front yard at my request with no additional charge. All limbs were chemically sealed. There was not a leftover twig to be found - Thursday or Friday!!! Awesome clean up job. I provided a small $25 tip for the extra wait time and quality of work. I highly recommend Above It All Tree Care for any work you need done on your trees.

The only thing that bothered me about the job was that they didn't have the chemicals to treat the stumps so they wouldn't grow back.

His prices were very reasonable. The service was excellent. Andrew used to do this work with his father and now started his own company. He is a certified tree climber with 10 years of experience. He came when he said he was going to come, in fact he was a little early. He removed the tree and took all of it away. He ground the stumps and one of my trees had the largest diameters he has ever removed (probably four feet). He worked on this until he got it done. He's a very conscientious worker and does the job right.
